Police Football Championship :

Nagaland Police has been given the honour of organizing the 65thB.N. Mullik Memorial All India Police Football Championship – 2016 by the All India Sports Control Board(AIPSCB).

The Competition will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations laid down by the All India Police Sports Control Board, New Delhi and FIFA.

Venue:
The Championship will be held at Chumukedima Police Complex under Dimapur District, Nagaland. Dimapur is connected by air, road and rail. Chumukedima is 13 (thirteen) kms. away from Dimapur but the two towns are already joined by habitation and are actually twin towns. Chumukedima is at the exact foot-hill; the hill section enroute to Kohima along the National Highway-29 begins from Chumukedima.

Ground Conditions For The Championship :
The matches will be played in the following grounds located within Chumukedima Police Complex.
1. Nagaland Armed Police Training Centre (NAPTC) Stadium.
2. Nagaland Police Training School Ground.
3. 1st NAP Bn. Ground.
4. DGP Football Ground.

There will also be three practice grounds:
1. Practice Ground 1 (Above DGP Football Ground)
2. Practice Ground 2 (Near Nagaland Police Central Canteen)
3. Practice ground 3 (15 NAP (Mahila) IR Ground)

Eligibility:
** As per the provisions of the rules of the All India Police Sports Control Board, this competition is open to all ranks.
** All State/UT Police Forces &CPOs are eligible to participate.
** The State/UT Police forces and CPOs should ensure that only those players are included in the team who are appointed on permanent basis of the organization.
** A certificate/undertaking to that effect should be furnished and attached with the entryform duly signed by competent authority (IGP) in respect of newly appointed players.
