What is the financial benefit to the innovators? It is just a paper certificate and nothing more. Would you solicit brainy ideas, just free of cost, leaving the innovator in the lurch? Do you commit to financially support the innovations to see the sunlight and make these innovations useful to the country? Kindly clarify. It seems that your scheme is half-hazard. Is there any plan that the innovation can be marketed to the PIOs or NRIs? What is the role of the MEA?
