Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest shall start on 17th November 2016 and close on 30th November 2016 at 11:59 pm. Sony can curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary.
2. To qualify, the #WarOfBeards hashtag has to be used along with your entry.
3. Multiple entries are not allowed.

4. To increase your chances of winning, make sure to get people to like your entry. However, this does not ensure that an entry with maximum likes will be declared as a winner.
5. The Contest shall be valid in India only and only residents of India are allowed to participate in the contest.
6. An employee, agent or a relative of an employee of SONY, or any of their affiliates, shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
7. Each Participant must ensure that his/her participation in the contest is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.
8. The Participant agrees to provide SONY current, complete and accurate information.
9. Any decision taken by SONY for rejecting any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.

10. The winning Participants hereby waive all rights and grant to SONY or any of their affiliates a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual worldwide license to copy, modify and otherwise use and distribute their submission entry and, or, any element of the submission, in any and all media and in any publication whether online, offline or on the Internet.

11. SONY does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the participants or furnish any reason or explanation for inclusion and, or, exclusion of any particular submission of the participant at any stage of the contest.

12. SONY may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms and Conditions to their affiliates without consent of the participants.
13. Participation in the Contest shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Any breach or default by a Participant of any of the Terms and Conditions herein shall result in immediate disqualification without notice.

14. The Participant undertakes and declares that for participating in the Contest, he/she shall not use any counterfeit/fake invoices/receipts. In the event, a Participant is found to be doing so; the entry from such Participant shall forthwith be disqualified from the Contest.

15. The officials of SONY, or officials of any of their affiliates, engaged in the organization and management of the Contest, including their directors, officers, partners, employees, consultants and agents are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any Participant in respect of the Contest.

16. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and should such an attempt be made. SONY reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
