** MIRC Electronics Ltd. is conducting a contest, #OnidaSmartSelfie . To be a part of this Contest, Participant will have to upload their selfies through Onida Face book page.
** This Contest is open for participation to residents of India aged above 18 years only.
** The Contest would be open from 18th November, 2016 till 2nd December, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Term”). Participations only during this term will be considered for this contest.
** By participating in this Contest, Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these T&C as stated herein. This Contest is subject to the laws of India, and is not offered outside of India.
** One can get an opportunity to participate in this contest by posting a smart selfie. A person sending an entry in the aforesaid manner shall be referred to as “the Participant”.
** Participating in the contest through the above mentioned medium and registering an entry in accordance with the aforesaid instructions does not confer upon the caller any right to win the contest.
** MIRC Electronics Ltd. may, in its absolute discretion, curtail or extend the Term, as it deems necessary.
** Throughout the Term, 1 unique winner will be selected from all entries made by participants during the Term.
** The Winner selected by the end of the Term will receive the following prize – one Onida i4G1 smart phone.
** The decision by MIRC Electronics Ltd. shall be final and the Participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and shall in no event challenge the same.
** The winner will be notified with details on how to claim the prize.
** The Prize has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is not for sale or resale and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
** The prize would be handed over to the winner on proper identification and verification.
** Participants may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Any event of such nature, if observed may invite legal action.
** Any disputes arising on the contest would be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
