Contest Terms & Conditions:
1. This contest is open only to legal residents of India who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

2. The product displayed in the image is a dress material and not a readymade salwaar suit. The same will be sent to the winner.

3. None of the members and employees associated or related to Aastha Fashions is authorized to participate in this contest.

4. The contest is open from 6th September 2015 till midnight of 30 September 2015. An entry received during this time period will be considered as valid.

5. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and announced on 10 Oct 2015. Everyone will have a fair chance to be chosen as a winner. There shall be no partiality in terms of winner selection.

6. The winner will be contacted through email for verification and getting details like address etc to dispatch the item. If any potential winner cannot be contacted and fails to provide the required information, within the required time period, such potential winner forfeits prize without compensation of any kind and a new winner will be selected.

7. 8. The winner will receive the dress material of the same item as displayed on the contest promotion page/popup. There shall be no refund, transfer or exchange and the winner shall not ask for cash in lieu of the product.

9. Our decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
