The Consumer Promotion Contest (“Contest”) is open for all Indian nationals above 18 years of age, and residing in Gujarat region.

Contest Details:
** The contest is valid from 1st Nov 2016 to 31st Dec 2016 (both dates included)
** Buy 15 L of Royale Emulsion (Royale, Royale Shyne, Royale Matt, Royale Aspira, Royale Atmos) and win exciting prizes.
** Material can be bought from Asian Paints Colour Ideas Dealer Store/Asian Paints Ezycolour stores/ Asian Paints Critical Retailers only. The said list can be accessed from https://www.asianpaints.com/
** Post purchasing the material a participation form will be given to the customer. Customer needs to send a picture of the filled form, complete the slogan on the form i.e. ‘Royale makes my home extraordinary because……………….” Along with the painted Royale wall on Whatsapp on 8769335149 within the contest duration.
** Customers may win weekly/ fortnightly/ bumper prizes basis the shade combinations, décor in the images and the completed slogan.
** Weekly prizes (Book my show vouchers) can be won on the shade combinations chosen or the usage of texture/ wall fashion/ decals in the images.
** Fortnightly prizes (House Parties) can be won for the best slogans.
** Bumper Prizes can be won on shade and décor choices in the images shared, creativity in completing the slogan and overall look of the Royale Wall. Winners will be announced by 31st Jan 2017 and winners can win iPhone 7, TVS Scooty pep, or travel vouchers worth Rs 35000.
** Customers who will win in Weekly and Fortnightly Draws will also be eligible for Bumper Prizes.
** Customers who will win Weekly Prizes, will not be eligible for Fortnightly Prizes and vice-versa
** Illegible entries and entries with low resolution images will not be eligible to take part in the Contest.
** Best Shade Choice, Best Wall Décor, slogan entries and overall look of the Royale wall will be decided by our in-house colour experts.
** All participants to the Contest understand that images sent in pursuant to the Contest shall become property of Asian Paints Ltd., and participants agree that they shall not object in any manner to the use of such images by Asian Paints Ltd. for promotional or any other activities.
** This promotion is independent and cannot be combined with any other offer.
** Asian Paints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Contest and all aspects thereof, with or without prior notice due to any reason whatsoever.
** Unless Participant has already informed to not to send marketing communication, he/she may receive marketing communications from Asian Paints because of participating in the promotion.
** The decision of Asian Paints Ltd Management would be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including but not limited to prizes, eligibility, entries, etc.
** Only Entries received during the Contest period only will be considered.
** In the event of any disputes arising out of, or in relation to the Contest, the Courts at Mumbai shall have sole jurisdiction with respect to the same.
** Asian Paints’ decision on all aspects of the Contest will be final and binding.
