Logo Competition:

For the development of JABALPUR as smart city, Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is formed in the name of “JABALPUR SMART CITY LIMITED” and the same is incorporated under the Companies Act, on 14th March, 2016.

Jabalpur Smart City Limited Hereby invites Indian Citizens to participate in this Logo Design competition to create an exclusive logo for “JABALPUR Smart City Limited” as per terms and conditions of the competition.

The prize money for:
** 1st Prize winner is INR 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousands only),
** 2nd Prize winner INR 15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Only)
** 3rd Prize winner – INR 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Only)

Terms and Conditions:
1. Last date for submission of entries is 05-12-2016 at 5:30PM(IST).
2. Each participant can submit single entry only. If any participant/s will submit multiple entries, all entries submitted by that participant/s will be rejected.
3. Only Indian Nationals are eligible for this Competition.
4. Age Limit: NA
5. Individual person, Individual group of peoples, groups, experts, professionals etc. are eligible.
6. Any competitor can submit maximum one entry. The prize will be given to the author of the competition entry in case of group.

Design Consideration:
1. The logo should be reflective of the futuristic characteristics of Jabalpur city in terms of Smart City and should represent Jabalpur city globally as per Jabalpur Smart City Vision.
2. Logo should reflect modernization and Future aspects of Jabalpur City.
3. File should be of high resolution — at least 600 pixels per inch at 100% size.
4. The file should be on .JPEG/PNG format.
5. File should look clean (not pixilated or bit-mapped) when viewed on screen at 100%.
6. Logo should be designed using colors (Not Black & White).

Logo & Rationale:
1. Logo must be submitted with the rationale of the design.
2. Artwork: Entries must be submitted in PNG/JPEG format with transparent background. In case of hand written sketch, scanned image in PNG format has to be submitted by participant/s.
3. Rationale: Maximum of 50 words in Hindi or English to describe the concept, theme and symbolic elements and can also give Smart City Tagline.
4. Logo design must be adaptable onto any form/surface of JSCL’s publicity materials, including but not limited to, JSCL’s websites, banners, flyers, poster, etc.

Selection Process:
1. The best winner shall be chosen on the basis of design consideration mentioned in the point no. 4 of Terms & Conditions for this logo competition.
2. The decision of Chairman, JSCL’s and CEO, JSCL’s for selecting the winner shall be treated as final & binding to all the participants.
