Comedy Central Watch CC Contest

This Contest is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited (“Organizer”) and is open to all individual participation who (“Participants”)

Eligibility:
** Are citizens of India and hold valid proof of citizenship;
** Are above 18 (eighteen) years of age;
** Are viewers of the channel “Comedy Central” and/or “Comedy Central HD” (“Channel”); and
** Are mobile subscribers of Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, MTS, Idea, BSNL, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance, Loop and Tata (“Service Providers”)
** In case of participation by Participants who are below 18 (eighteen) years of age, participation in this Contest will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents/guardian.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence from 29th October, 2016 at 20:00 hours and shall conclude on 10th December, 2016 at 23:00 hours or on such other date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Contest Promo:
To participate in the Contest, a Participant will need to watch the shows being aired on the Channel on all Saturdays during the Contest Period (“Contest Days”) commencing at 20:00 hours and ending at 23:00 hours (“Contest Hours”), to view the Contest Questions (defined later) which will be displayed at random times on the Channel via Aston bands, bumpers and graphical elements on the Channel between the Contest Hours on the Contest Days of the Contest Period.

Contest Questions and Contest Answers:
The Contest Questions shall mean one question pertaining to each of the shows aired on the Channel on the Contest Days, i.e., a total of 5 (five) questions will be aired during the Contest Hours along with multiple choice options to be provided as answers (“Contest Question”), on each Saturday of the Contest Period.

Modes of Participation:
The Participant may participate in the Contest and provide the Contest Answer via SMS, by sending an SMS containing: WATCHCC<space>1A/1B/or1C (depending on the option they are choosing) to 56882 through their respective mobile Service Providers.

The Participants may also participate by tweeting their Contest Answers to the Organizer’s Comedy Central Twitter page located at https://twitter.com/ComedyCentralIn (Contest Site”) along with the hashtag #WatchCC. Participants are free to choose the method of submitting their Contest Answers and no preference shall be given to any mode of participation over the other.

Selection of Winners:
The Organizer shall choose one winner per week as the winner of the Contest for that particular week (“Winner”) and accordingly, there will be a total of 6 Winners at the end of the Contest Period. After the Contest Answers are received and the duration to provide such Contest Answers has expired each week, the Organizer shall choose 1 Winner from amongst all the Contest Answers.

The Winner shall be determined based on the highest number of correct Contest Answers provided by a particular Participant. In the event of many Participants having the same number of correct Contest Answers, the Winner (each week) shall be selected by a process of random selection, from amongst the correct Contest Answers received from the Participants during the Contest Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
