Your participation in the #SelfieInRed contest (“Contest”) organised by WESTEND Mall is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&C”) and you (“Participant”) by participation in this Contest agree to the following T&C

General:
** Participation in the Contest is free of cost.
** This Contest is being organized by WESTEND Mall and it is open to all age groups.
** Do not post any material that is perceived by WESTEND Mall, to be an insult or attack on another Participant.
** Entries received, in this Contest, images and text, do not reflect the view of WESTEND Mall.

Manner of Participation:
** Take a selfie wearing exclusively red.
** Share your selfie in the comments of the contest post.
** A post will be put out announcing the Contest end date.

Criteria of adjudging Winner:
Winners will be finally chosen basis sole discretion of WESTEND Mall which shall be final.

Following shall make the Participant ineligible:
** Any abusive/inappropriate content posted by Participant will result in making Participant ineligible and accordingly shall not be allowed to participate in Contest forthwith and no warning shall be issued for the same.
** Any entry posting deemed to be extreme may be removed with/without warning.

This includes:
a) Irrelevant discussions;
b) Threats, harassment or name-calling;
c) Profanity, vulgarity, obscenity or anything that is deemed unsuitable for a family audience;
d) Disparages race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or nation;
e) Infringes on anyone’s rights of privacy.

** Any content which is defamatory, indecent, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or offensive in a sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic context shall not be entertained and shall be deleted without any intimation to Participant.

** WESTEND Mall reserves the right to exclude any Participant from the Contest at any time on the grounds of posting images or submitting entries that doesn’t deem fit or meets the terms and conditions stated herein or at any place or otherwise for reasons deemed fit by WESTEND Mall.

** WESTEND Mall reserves the right to remove any images at its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. This reservation of right to delete images does not mean that WESTEND Mall assumes any responsibility for the information contained on the video/image.

Miscellaneous:
** WESTEND Mall shall not be responsible for any failure to upload or to participate in Contest.
** WESTEND Mall is not responsible for any incorrect, malfunctioning or undeliverable e-mail or postal address provided by a prize-winner. Entering incorrect details (name and email address) will lead to automatic disqualification.
