Sunburn Music Festival:

a. These terms and conditions apply to the Pond’s Men Sunburn Music Festival Offer (“Offer”) between 7th November and 20th December, 2016.

b. To participate in this offer, please follow the below mentioned steps:

o Receive a confirmation SMS for participation
o Stand a chance to be at Sunburn Music Festival 2016.

c. This offer is not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.
d. 500 lucky winners of this competition would win passes to the Sunburn Music Festival to be held at Pune/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Kolkata/
e. Participation in the contest is open to Indian citizens who, on the date of entry, are legal residents of India, are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.

f. HUL has the sole right to withdraw / edit any aspect of the Offer at its discretion and/or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice and such withdrawal/editing and/or alteration of terms and conditions with/without prior notice shall be final and binding from the day of such amendment, as updated in this website.

g. Entries may only be submitted by individual Participants. Group entries will not be accepted (although different individuals might have taken part in the making of an entry, only one individual whose image has been uploaded for the purposes of this contest shall be the considered participant for the same.).

h. Participants also agree to receive future communication from HUL, through telephonic calls, messages, or e-mails regarding any other survey, promotion, offer or advertisement from HUL for itself or any of its Brands, without any further permissions.

i. HUL may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions and prohibit further participation in this Contest of any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the submission process or with the operation of this Contest or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

j. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold HUL and its agents, officers and employees harmless against all losses and damages
that may occur due to an act, omission, negligence, or deliberate act of the Participant
k. HUL will not enter into any correspondence, including email, with non-winning participants.

l. HUL’s decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest and no correspondences will be entertained.
m. It is the responsibility of the participants to inform HUL of any change in the address of correspondence.
n. Apart from the entitlement to the above prize, the winners will have no other rights or claim against HUL.

o. HUL shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
p. The decision of HUL as to the interpretation of any Clause shall be final and binding on the user.
