Terms & Conditions:
1. Offer valid from 15th November to December 31, 2016 only.
2. By participating in the contest, the participant accepts the terms and conditions.
3. “CSB Debit Card” shall mean Debit card which has been issued by Catholic Syrian Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period.
4. Top 100 spenders during the campaign period will be eligible for the surprise gift.
5. Minimum amount for qualifying is Rs.500/-.
6. ATM withdrawals are not considered for the offer.
7. Catholic Syrian Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
8. No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed.

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Thrissur only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
