#WatchAndWin Contest :

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are applicable and govern the contest “Watch & Win Contest” (“Contest”) organized by the Television Division of Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited (“BCCL”) on its Bollywood based entertainment channel “zoOm” (“Channel”).

The Contest is open from December 1, 2016 up to December 31, 2016 (“Contest Period”).

Terms and Conditions:
1. Every Participant must be a citizen of India and above 18 years of age. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of BCCL, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate.

2. During the Contest Period, BCCL will post Two questions (each a Question) on the Channel between 9 AM to 12 PM every day during the Contest Period. Every Question will have Two options. The first Question of the day will be posted between 9 AM to 10 AM. Similarly, the second Question of the day will be posted on the Channel between 10 AM to 11 AM and both the Questions of the day will be again posted on the Channel between 11 AM to 12 PM.

3. Each Question of the day will have a mobile number associated with each option answer. To respond and participate in the Contest, the Participants are required to give a missed call using his/her respective mobile number on the corresponding mobile number of the option selected by the Participant. No calling charges are applicable.

4. A missed call response to the two Contest Questions with correct answers will be considered as a valid entry (Entry) for the Contest if such a response is received by BCCL not later than 12 PM on the relevant day during which the Question is posted on the Channel. Responses received for the Contest after the specified time limit for each Question or after the expiry of Contest Period will not be considered as valid entries.

5. BCCL, at its sole discretion, will select One Winner for each day of the Contest Period (each a Winner). Winners will be announced by BCCL on the Zoom website or Zoom Facebook account, one week after the end of the Contest. BCCL reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winners.

6. Each Winner will be eligible to receive one exclusive Iphone 7, 32 GB (Prize), three winners everyday will win Zoom gift hampers

7. BCCL will contact the Winners directly on the mobile number used by the Winner to participate in the Contest. Winners, if any, residing in Mumbai are required to collect their respective Prize from our Mumbai Office or if deem fit by BCCL, the Prize will be sent to the Winners address provided by the Winner to BCCL. For Winners residing outside Mumbai, BCCL will dispatch the Prize by courier at the postal address provided by the Winner.
