Movies Now 100 Mania Contest:

By participating in the “MOVIES NOW 100 Mania Contest” on MOVIES NOW (hereinafter referred to as the (‘Contest’), you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following terms

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residing in India and who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of participating in the contest.
2. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of ZENL, its subsidiaries, film partners, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate.

3. The period of the Contest is from December 15, 2016 to March 24, 2017 (both days inclusive) (‘Contest Period’).
4. Participants are required to give full details of their name, permanent address, income tax permanent account number (PAN), phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by ZENL and it is to be understood that any Prize will be given to the Winner(s) only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents.

5. How to participate:
a. To participate in the Contest, Participant shall have a Facebook and/or Twitter account.
b. ZENL shall display a number, during the 09:00 pm movie on each day, at any time during the Contest Period on the Channel
c. To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall be required to call the number displayed on the Channel, during a 10 (ten) minute window immediately following the display of such number on the Channel.
d. The Participant, who calls on the number as given above, will be asked a question by way of an SMS. Participant is required to give a missed call on the number provided, with the correct answer.
e. ZENL shall from amongst those Participants who answered the question correctly, by random lucky draw, select a winner each day, who will stand a chance to be declared the winner for that particular day of the Contest Period (“Winner(s)”).
f. The Winners of the Contest will be selected randomly by an automated system and there will be no human intervention / choices. All the entries will be stored in a back-end system operated by ZENL and/or any person/agency appointed by ZENL.

6. The Winner(s) as selected by ZENL will be given the prize which is allotted for that particular day of the Contest Period (“Prize”). Each Winner will be entitled to receive only one Prize. The exact details of the Prize and the expenses covered will be subsequently informed to the Winner(s) vide a letter.

7. In the event the Prize is a trip to a pre-defined destination, it is mandatory that the Winner has (i) a valid passport, (ii) passport having a minimum 6 (six) months validity, (iii) should not be barred by law; (iv) should not have contracted any serious illness and (v) comply with any other rules of travel to such destination.

8. ZENL’s decision on selection of the Winners of the Contest shall be final and binding on all the Participants. ZENL shall not entertain any questions, inquiries on the manner of conduct of the selection of Winner, Winners’ declaration and the Contest from any party whatsoever.

9. Notwithstanding anything contained herein or Your participation in the Contest, only the mobile number owner shall be given the Prize and neither ZENL nor its film partners shall not be liable to any other person for the same.

10. Winners shall be intimated via telephone call on the contact number registered by them. ZENL shall attempt to contact the Winner only once or more, upon its sole discretion. All eligible Winners have to send us their details within 24 hours of receipt of a call or e-mail from ZENL, to be eligible for the Prize, Thereafter the name of the Winners shall be posted on its Facebook, twitter page and/or the Channel. .
