Terms & Conditions:
1. #DecideYourPrice event is run by the Company M/s. Future Retail Ltd (“FRL”).
2. FRL initiated this campaign in order to empower interested individual to decide price for 1 product every week through retweet only on TWITTER, more the retweets for the desired product the lesser will be the new price in stores but such products may be in limited stock, so such products one can avail upon availability in stocks.
3. The event will start on 22nd Dec and end on 25th Dec 11:59pm
4. The final price is valid only for 2 days , 24th -25th dec’2016, across all Big Bazaar Stores
5. The Price drop amount of the announced products will be proportional to Re-tweets on the particular product announcement post or to the Maximum reduced price set by the company. Re-Tweets on the other posts deemed won’t be taken into consideration. Also simply using hashtags without the original post would not be considered
6. FRL has the sole right to withdraw / edit any aspect of the event at its sole discretion and / or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.
7. An entrant to this campaign indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. The stocks of announced product are limited and hence we don’t assure the availability of the product across all the Big Bazaar stores to all customers
9. The Contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years above except employees of Future Group including all its affiliate/associate entity and all the Managing Agency and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization
10. The decision of Company in respect of all matters towards the campaign will be final and no correspondence will be entertained into.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of FRL shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
12. FRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on www.bigbazaar.com or such other place as may be desired by the Company
