This contest is independent of other contests run by Asian Paints and cannot be combined with any other offer or contest of Asian Paints Limited.

How to Participate:
1. Participants need to Like/Follow Asian Paints on Facebook and Twitter respectively.
2. Participants need to reply to ‘What Christmas Means To You’ in the form of pictures.
3. 5 lucky winners will be selected win free passes to attend the Christmas Crawl being organized in Bandra from 17th December – 23rd December’16.
4. Only residents of Mumbai will be selected as the winners of the contest.

Selection of Winners and Gratification:
1. The contest is hosted on the official Facebook/Twitter page of Asian Paints.
2. Entries submitted on Facebook/Twitter will only be considered.
3. All entries must use the hashtag #ChristmasCrawl and #ColourStoreMumbai. Entries failing to adhere to the above conditions will not be considered.
4. Lucky winners will be selected based on the pictures shared. Asian Paints will have complete discretion with respect to choice of the winners.
5. There will be a total of 5 winners chosen on 19th December, 2016.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Participants should be at least 18 years of age and of sound-mind.
2. The Contest will be open between 17th December – 18th December’16. It closes at 8:00 pm IST on 18th December, 2016.
3. By participating in this contest, a participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein. This contest is subject to the laws of India, and is not offered outside of India.
4. Asian Paints may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the duration Period, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever.
5. It is also clarified that any entry which is found to be obscene, offending and hurtful shall be rejected immediately; and appropriate action will be taken against the said participant.
6. A person can participate in the Contest as many times as possible during the duration of the Contest however can win the Prize only once.
7. The decision of organizer shall be final and the participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and shall in no event challenge the same.

Redemption:
1. The winners will be declared by Asian Paints on 19th December’16.
2. Only the Person in whose name the Facebook/Twitter profile is registered shall be eligible to be the claimant of the Prize.
3. Award of Prizes is subject to the verification by the Auditors. The Organizers reserve the right to request the Winners to provide proof of identity and Indian residency. Identification considered suitable for verification at the discretion of the Organizers.
