Photography Contest:
Chhattisgarh Tourism Board announces ‘Photography Competition’ worldwide. If you’ve visited Chhattisgarh and captured the amazing photos of the surprising tourists destinations of Chhattisgarh on your camera, Then don’t forget to participate in this contest and stand a chance to win cash prizes.

The Contest starts from 14th September to 21st September.

a) How to Participate :
To Participate the contest “Capture Chhattisgarh from your Camera” the Contestants must fill up the form at the end of the page and mail the photo to socialmedia@visitcg.in after submission of required details.

Step 1 : Fill up the form with correct details : Link
Step 2 : After submission of the Form, mail the Photographs to socialmedia@visitcg.in with the Submission ID generated after form submission
Step 3 : The Entry without Photographs and Submission ID will be considered as invalid

b) Who May Enter the Contest :
Entry is only open to Contestants who:
** Submit a photo of Tourists Destinations of Chhattisgarh only
** Complete the Contest entry form with valid contact details
** Mail the photo with required details at socialmedia@visitcg.in after form submission at the end of this page.
** Followers of Chhattisgarh Tourism Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/GoChhattisgarh and Twitter https://twitter.com/GoChhattisgarh Pages

Note:
Multiple entries are not allowed.

The Contest is not open to:
** employees of the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board;
** parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Contest; or
** any immediate family member of the above mentioned parties.

c) Contest Period:
Contest entry opens at 11.00 AM on Monday 14th September 2015 until Monday 21st September 2015 at 11.00 AM (IST).

d) Cost:
There is no cost or fee to enter the Contest.

e) Content of Entries:
Entries must not include the faces or other personal information of any persons.

Chhattisgarh Tourism Board reserves the right to reject any entry, including any entry deemed by the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate.

Without limiting the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board’s discretion, entries must not include any content that:
1) is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
2) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
3) is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other submitted Entries;
4) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
5) contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission; contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
6) contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission;
7) contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission;
8) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or
9) violates any law.

f) Prizes :
1st Prize : INR 20,000/-
2nd Prize : INR 10,000/-
3rd Prize : INR 5,000/-

g) Winners for the prizes:
All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be published on Chhattisgarh Tourism Social Media Pages.

Winners will be decided and announced by 23rd Septemeber 2015.

h) Notification of Winners:
Chhattisgarh Tourism Board will send an email to shortlisted Contestants on or around 23rd September using the email address supplied on the Contest entry form. Each shortlisted Contestant is responsible for monitoring his or her email account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this Contest.

Winners will be notified by telephone and email immediately after the decision is made. Winners will be required to provide identification and supporting documentation necessary to prove they comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If a winner cannot be reached by the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board within three (3) days using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that winner shall forfeit the prize.

i) Exclusion of Liability:
(a) Chhattisgarh Tourism Board’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Contest will be final.
(b) Chhattisgarh Tourism Board is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(c) Chhattisgarh Tourism Board is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with Contestants or their representatives in matters relating to the Contest.
(d) A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
(e) A winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. Chhattisgarh Tourism Board takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize it is the sole responsibility of the winner.
(f) Chhattisgarh Tourism Board accepts no responsibility if the prizes are lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
(g) Chhattisgarh Tourism Board does not take responsibility for misdirected mail or mail received late and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss resulting from transit of prizes.

j) Inconsistency:
To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail. By participating in the Contest, each Contestant acknowledges that these terms and conditions are legally binding.

Chhattisgarh Tourism Board reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Contest as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
