Rs.600 (Maximum 5 films but films must be under same Production House/Banner/Director/Producer (As an applicant)

Selection:
Winners are selected by a judging panel from professional of short film industry consisting of independent producers, Directors, Writers, Professional Short Filmmakers, and other film industry professional who may be substituted at discretion of the festival organizers.

All short film are judged equally based on:
** Content Originally (Quality of storyline, and script)
** Production (camera work, lightning ,and shot composition)
** Post-production (Editing, transition ,pacing ,continuity, and flow)
** Image(Focus, color and lightning)
** Sound Quality(Clarity, consistency of audio levels ,and lack of noise)
** The decision of selection committee is final .My Thane short film Festival selection committee will use its best efforts to choose finalist &announce the selected films, winners at the designed time (End of the festival)
** By entering the My Thane Short film Festival ,contestant and /or their parents or legal guardian (if such entrant is a minor) agree to accept and are bound by the decision of the festival and its judges which are final and binding in all matters.

Rules & Regulation:
** The short film must have been made after 1 st Jan 2010
** Entries must be MPEG; MOV-DV/PAL format. We won’t be responsible if film is not screened due to problem of DVD or YouTube Link or Other Link
** Total running time must be less than 20 minutes in length, including front and back credits. There is no minimum running time.
** The short film can be in any language non – English films must be with English sub-titles for festival presentation.
** Mode Of Submission Include Two DVD’S need to be submitted along with the entry .Each preview DVD should be labeled with the title ,running time ,and contact email and phone number.
** Multiple entries can be submitted as per entry form, preview DVD, synopsis/description, still photographs should be enclosed .Each film is considered as new entry.
** Blue Entertainment Production House has right to use entries/send/selected/nominated films, DVD and material from the short film for Festival promotional purposes and retain DVD copies of each Short Film as Part Of Our Festival Library.
** Shorts films once selected &submitted for final screening will not allowed to be withdrawn under any circumstances until festival is over.
