#WhatsOnYourPlate Contest 2015:
1. MEC India , (hereinafter “MEC”) is hosting a program for Citibank N.A. (“Citibank”) called “#WhatsOnYourPlate contest” (hereinafter referred to as the “Program” for easy reference) on the Twitter page and Facebook India for Citibank, the link for which is , twitter.com/LuvToDine and facebook.com/citiindia (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

2. The Program is valid from 15th Sep, 2015 (Tuesday) from 12:00 p.m. hours till 24th Sept, 2015 (Thursday) 23:59 hrs (hereinafter the “Program Period”). Participants must ensure that their entry/submission is made within this Program Period. The Program is available for the above Program Period only

3. Participation in this Program is optional and voluntary.

4. Participation in this Program is open to all Indian citizens except employees of Citibank, its Associate Companies, its Advertising Agency and its Media Partners.

5. No purchase of any product of Citibank is necessary for participation in the Program.

6. No fee is required to be paid for participating in the Program.

7. This Program is only available for all those who are or shall become followers of #WhatsOnYourPlate India Twitter page & like the Citibank Facebook page mentioned above.

8. By participating in this Program:
a) The participant expressly confirms and represents that he/she has read the Terms & Conditions of the Program on how to enter, how the winning entries shall be determined, and details on collection, retention, usage and sharing of personal data

b) The participant agrees to be bound by the terms, including in particular those relating to the collection, retention, use and sharing of personal data; and

c) The participant confirms that he/she is not breaching any law or violating any third party rights by using this Program.

9. For participation:
Campaign Contest –Tell us about the best restaurant dishes in Delhi or Mumbai and stand a chance to win a food trail at your recommended restaurant with Maria & Kunal and exciting food vouchers.

a) To participate on Twitter – Tweet and tell us your favorite dish and restaurant in Delhi/Mumbai that Maria and Kunal should visit. Use #WhatsOnYourPlate and Tag @LuvToDine

To participate on Facebook – Like the page and comment below in the #What’sOnYourPlate contest post with the dish suggestions and restaurants in Delhi or Mumbai

Participation can be done in the following manner :
1. Text (comment or Tweets)
2. Image
3. Video

Mandatories: Use #WhatsOnYourPlate

b) Sending in multiple entries is allowed. Participant has to use #WhatsOnYourPlate in their entries

c) Not contain any demeaning, vulgar, abusive, hateful obscene, objectionable, illegal content, etc.

Winner Announcement:
There are two gratifications in this activity-

a) From 12 :00 p.m. on 15th Sep to 11:59 p.m. on 17th Sep, 12 winners will be announced basis their entries during this period. These 12 winners will go for a food trail at their recommended restaurant with Maria & Kunal 12 winners will be divided into 2 groups of 6 each. One group will go to Mumbai and the other to Delhi.

b) From 12 :00 p.m. on 15th Sep to 11:59 p.m. on 24th Sep, total 60 food vouchers worth Rs1000/- each will be given on Twitter & Facebook. Everyday 3 winners will be announced on Twitter & Facebook each.

c) The winners of the food trail will be announced on 18th Sep and the voucher winners will be announced daily in the contest period.

Winner Selection:
a) Winners will be selected on the basis of their recommendation of the dish, passion for food and creativity of the post which will be judged by Maria Goretti & Kunal Vijaykar

b) The decision of Maria Goretti & Kunal Vijaykar, on the selection of the Winner shall be final and binding and no correspondence/communication shall be entertained in this regard
