#TravelGoals Contest:

Contest shall be open from Thursday, December 29, 2016 – Tuesday, January 3, 2017 for all entries between December 29, 2016 and January 3, 2017 (both dates inclusive).

Age Requirements:
18 years and above

Contest Eligibility Requirements:
Participant must be Indian national residing in India.

How to Enter :
Travel Goals In-flight Contest: During the AirAsia India Travel Goals In-flight Contest Period, guests need to send a photo of the 2017 Travel Goals card which will be handed to them in-flight. The steps to be followed are:

1. Fill out the card with 3 preferred destinations on the AirAsia network.
2. Click a photo of the card and post the same on AirAsia India’s social media accounts (Facebook – @AirAsiaIndia or Twitter – @AirAsiaIn).
3. The winners will win flights to destinations on the AirAsia Network.

Only one entry is allowed per participant during the entire contest period. All subsequent entries shall be rejected and only the first entry shall be considered for the purposes of this AirAsia India Travel Goals In-flight Contest.

Winners Selection:
Winner shall be selected on the basis of the destinations they choose and how they present the same. They shall be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by AirAsia India. Decision of the judges shall be final and non-appealable.

Prize:
A total of 5 flights on the AirAsia Network
** It is mandatory to fill the Travel Goals card and post a picture of the same with #FlyWithAirAsia on Facebook and Twitter, tagging AirAsia India, in order to be eligible for this contest.
** Prize is non-transferable and/or cannot be redeemed for cash. Failure to accept the prize shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prize presentation and other conditions:
** Winners will be contacted on the Facebook and Twitter accounts through which the entry was submitted. The winner will be eligible to use the prize for up to 3 months from date of announcement.
** Participants agree that if they win then all intellectual property relating to their Travel Goals card shall vest with AirAsia India. The winner shall not be entitled to any claim or compensation, monetary or otherwise, with respect to intellectual property relating to the winning card.
** By participating in the contest, the participant agrees that the participant shall be liable for all direct and indirect taxes in case the participant wins the contest.
** All disputes in connection with this Travel Goals In-flight Contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
** AirAsia India reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Travel Goals In-flight Contest at any time without prior notice.
** The decision of AirAsia India with respect to this contest or winners shall be final and non-appealable.
** This contest is not open employees of AirAsia India or its affiliates.
