“#RCBSweet16” contest (herein after referred to as “Contest”) is hosted by Royal Challengers Bangalore and/or its affiliates (“RCB”) on the terms and conditions as stated hereunder (“Terms and Conditions”):

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest shall be hosted on the website www.twitter.com/RCBTweets (“Twitter Page”). The Contest will commence on December 30, 2016 at 9.00 a.m. Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and shall end on December 30, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. IST.

2. During the Period stated above, the Users interested in participating in the Contest will have to tweet /answer all ten (10) quiz questions asked related to RCB player performances and events on the Twitter Page and ensure to follow @RCBTweets and type #RCBSweet16 with their answers during the Period (“Entry(ies)”).

3. In order to be eligible for the Prize, the answer given by the Users has to be the correct answer (all ten answers) and sent as per the terms and conditions stated herein.

4. The participant(s) can send as many tweets/ Entry as he/she wants on the Contest however the same shall not increase such participant(s) chances of winning the Contest over the other participant(s) who have sent only one Entry during the Period.

5. RCB shall not be responsible for any technical disruption and/or failure/ server problems and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the User is unable to submit the Entry on the Website and/or participate in the Contest.

6. Incomplete and/or the Entries submitted after the Timelines shall not be considered and shall be null and void.

7. RCB reserves the right to disqualify any User from participating in the Contest without assigning any reason. The decision of RCB in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Users.

8. At the end of the Contest Period, RCB at its sole discretion shall select ten (10) winners based on random selection process from among those Users who as per RCB and/or its representatives have given the correct answers to all the questions (“Winners”).

9. Each Winner(s) of the Contest shall stand a chance to win one (1) RCB branded merchandise, as per the sole discretion of RCB (“Prize”). Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable under the laws of India shall be borne by the winners in relation to the Prize.

10. The User/participants shall ensure that the Entries:
i. include hashtag viz. #RCBSweet16 with the Twitter handle @RCBTweets.
ii. shall not violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights and/or any other intellectual property rights.
iii. is not harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
iv. does not harm minors in any way;
v. does not violate any law for the time being in force;
vi. does not deceive or mislead about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
vii. does not contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
viii. shall not create any liability for RCB or any of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders.

11. In the event of any discrepancy as to the date and/or the time of receipt of Entries, RCB shall have the final decision in resolving such discrepancy.
