** The IndusInd Bank Limited (“IndusInd Bank” or “Bank”) “New Year Offer” (Program) is open to all customers holding a valid and open IndusInd Bank Credit Card (Cardholder)

** The Program is not applicable on IndusInd Bank Commercial Cards.
** For the purpose of the Program, IndusInd Bank Credit Cards will be divided into two categories – Premium Credit Card category and other Card category.
** Premium Credit Card Category will include the following cards: Indulge Credit Card, Pinnacle Credit Card, Signature Credit Card, Odyssey and Voyage Credit Card.
** All other IndusInd Bank Credit Cards not specified above will fall under the other Card Category.
** The Program is valid from December 21, 2016 to January 5, 2017 (both days inclusive), hereafter to be referred to as the Program Period. Every day of the Program Period will mean ‘Day starting at 12:00 AM to 11:59:59 PM’.
** For the purpose of this Program, Eligible Spends would include all Purchase Transactions done using the IndusInd Bank Credit Card through Point of Sale (Card Present) Purchase, Internet Transaction, IVR Transaction, Mail Order / Telephone Order Transaction or Standing Instruction.
** Cash Withdrawal, Balance Transfer, Fees, Interest Charges, and Loan taken on the Credit Card and any transaction other than a Purchase Transaction will not be considered for the purpose of the Program.
** Spends made by using add-on cards will accrue in the account of the Primary Cardholder under this Program.
** Cardholder with the highest spends in each Card Category (“Winner”) will be eligible for a gift card worth INR. 10,000 from www.amazon.in (“Prize”) every day.
** Maximum of 1 gift card will be given to one Cardholder during the Program Period.
** In the event that the Cardholder has been declared Winner in any of the preceding days during the program period, he/she will be ineligible for the Prize in subsequent days during the Program Period.
** The next highest eligible spender for that day, will be declared as the Winner.
** In the event of a tie, i.e. if two or more Cardholders qualify for the prize on any particular day with the same amount of Eligible spends, the Cardholder who is the first to achieve the Eligible Spends will be declared as the Winner for that day.
** Purchase Reversal Transactions posted on Cardholder’s Card Account during the Program Period will be deducted from the Spends for the Purpose of calculating Spends of the day, irrespective of whether the Original Transaction corresponding to this Reversal was done on any other day whether in the Program Period or before the Program Period.
** Only Settled Transactions i.e. Transactions done during the program period and which have been successfully posted into the cardholder’s card account by February 5, 2017 will be considered for calculating top spender of the day under this Program.
** The Bank will not be responsible if a Transaction Authorized by the Bank has not been settled by the Merchant.
** Amazon Gift card will be sent to the registered email address or the registered mailing address of the winning Cardholders by March 15, 2017 (“Fulfillment Date”)
** The Bank reserves the right to declare the names of the Winners on its website.
** All applicable taxes, duties, levies of whatsoever nature in connection with the Program shall be borne solely by the Cardholder.
** The participation in the Program shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Card member of all the terms and conditions governing the Program.
** If the Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder at any time during the Program Period or before the Fulfillment Date, that is before March 15, 2017, all benefits under the Program shall lapse.
** This includes any relationship terminated either by the Bank or the Cardholder.
** In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of IndusInd Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
** Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only.
