Winter Carnival Manali :

The 2017 winter carnival is scheduled from 2nd to 6th January

Voice of Carnival Term and Conditions:
1. Teams participating in winter carnival competitive will be allowed to take part in singing competition without extra fee.
2. Each team can send minimum of 2 entries.
3. Audition for team singers will be held on dated- 02-01-2017
4. Audition for individual and open entries will be held on dated 26-12-2016 and 31-12- 2016.
5. Each participant must perform in 2 songs.
6. Orchestra will be provided by organizers.
7. The singers will be judged mainly on the basis of sur, lay and taal.
8. Out of total participants only 25 selected and qualified singers will be provided free lodging and boarding facilities by the carnival committee from 02-01-2017 to 06-01- 2017.
9. The decisions of judges will be final and binding on the participants.
10. Entry fee of Rs. 500/- for individual entries only.
11. Age limit for all singers 16 to 35 years.

12. Cash prizes voice winter carnival:
a) 1st Prize- Rs. 50,000/-
b) 2nd Prize- Rs. 30,000/-
c) 3rd Prize- Rs. 20,000/-

Manali Winter Queen Contest Term and Conditions:
1) The applicant should be between 18 to 25 years of age as on 31 December 2016 and submit proof of age with application.
2) Height should be minimum 5 feet 2 inches. The applicant must agree to abide all rules changing from time to time by the organizers.
3) The decisions of the judge full and final in all cases and no challenges in any court in all India or Abroad.
4) The selected participants will bring their own costumes, makeup kit and Accessories for their use.
5) The organizers will provide free accommodations, meal from 1st January 2017(Evening)
to 7th January 2017(Morning).
6) The participants must reach Manali on 1st January 2017.
7) The Participants must participate in all rounds of the Manali Winter Queen 2017 contest including elimination rounds.
