BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE “Dialertones Gaadi Jeeto Challenege /Drive a Dream Challenge”. (“OFFER”), YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. This Offer is sponsored and organized by OnMobile Global Limited having its registered office at Tower #1 94/1 C & 94/2, Veerasandra Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, E-City Phase – I, Bangalore – 560100, Karnataka (“OnMobile”) in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (“Idea) (hereinafter OnMobile and Idea are jointly referred to as “Organisers”) and the Offer is open for a limited period from 15th September 2015 00:00:01 Hrs till 31st December 2015 23:59:59 Hrs for both pre-paid and post-paid category of Idea Subscribers. The Offer is not applicable to Roaming Subscribers of Idea.

OnMobile reserves the right to extend or shorten the Offer period, as it deems fit, from time to time and any such change shall be published on the website. The Terms and Conditions can be amended or varied from time to time or withdrawn and therefore please visit the Website to keep yourself updated and informed.

This Offer is being brought to you by OnMobile.

Definitions :
For the purpose of this Offer, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below when used in capital letters herein:

“Subscriber” shall mean the prepaid and post-paid customer and rightful user of the Idea mobile connection, (i) in whose name the mobile phone number is registered, or (ii) the employee, who is the user of the phone, if the phone is registered in the name of a company, provided that company issues a letter stating that the specific phone number has been allotted to the employee.

“Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 15th September 2015 at 00:00:01 till 31st December 2015 at 23:59: 59 hours.

“Circle Zones”: shall mean and include the below circles:

The challenge will be available on IVR and SMS. On IVR, the challenge will be called DIALETONES GAADI JEETO CHALLENGE in Hindi and DIALETONES DRIVE A DREAM CHALLENGE in English. On SMS, the challenge will be called DT GAADI JEETO CHALLENGE in Hindi and DT DRIVE A DREAM CHALLENGE in English.

“Gratification” shall mean and be limited to the following:

National Bumper Gratification: Ford EcoSport Car worth an ex-showroom price of Rs. 800,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Only) to only one eligible MSISDN across all the Circle Groups who has obtained minimum criteria of 100 points during the Offer Period.

107 Day Gratification: 1 Royal Enfield Bullet Bike 350 CC worth an ex-showroom price of Rs. 125,000/- /- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) to 1 eligible MSISDN across all Circle groups who has obtained the minimum criteria of 30 points after the end of 107 days. Hence there will 10 Bikes in 10 Circle groups after end of the challenge.

Daily Recharge Gratification: Daily talk time recharge worth Rs. 100/- to 3 eligible MSISDNs per circle group who has scored the maximum number of points on that daychallenge. c

1. Eligibility to avail the Offer
This Offer is valid only for active and existing prepaid and post-paid Idea Subscriber, who successfully downloads -Dialer Tone during the Offer Period and fulfils the following criteria:

** Subscriber must be 18 years or above.

** Subscriber must be a citizen of India.

** Subscriber must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind and
has a firm contractual capacity.

** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order and/or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship

** Subscriber must belong to the specified Circles only.

** Subscriber must be an active Subscriber or customer of Idea during the announcement or selection of winner.
Further, the winner will be the original Subscriber of the eligible mobile phone number (MSISDN). If the winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the original subscriber of the mobile number, Idea reserves the right to consider the next eligible Subscriber for the Gratification or to forfeit the Gratification, at its sole discretion.

2. Procedure for participating in the Offer
Participation through SMS
** To participate in the Offer, Subscriber is required to download any Idea Dialer Tone during the Offer period and give consent to play the questions by replying A or B to the Short code 567898.

** Subscriber can download Dialer Tone through any available mode.

** The Subscriber will be a part of the Offer once he/she downloads any Dialer Tone during the Offer period. Post successful download, subscriber will be sent an SMS for confirmation. Post getting confirmation on the SMS only s/he will be pushed further questions to participate in the Offer.

** For all Subscribers who are participating in the Offer for the first time a welcome SMS shall be sent to the Subscribers informing him/her about the Gratification to be won.

** This is followed by the 1st question and answer options

** Subscriber can answer the question by sending the required keywords (i.e. either “a” or “b”).

** On Answering 10 questions for a single download of the Dialer Tone, the Subscribers shall receive an SMS with “Cumulative Score” + “Instruction to download next song” to continue the challenge.

** The total question in the Offer shall be 300 questions, which can be played post download of Dialer Tones (10 questions for each download of Dialer Tone).If User answers only N-X questions, for example 10-2 = 8, where X is the total unanswered questions out of the maximum number of questions allowed/download and takes another RBT content, then the user will be getting the unanswered question from 9th question onwards. In this case, he/she is eligible to answer till 18th question. System will send the SMS to the user with “Cumulative Score” and “Last unanswered Question Once a user answers all questions (i.e. all 300 questions) the Challenge Exit Text is sent informing the user that he/she has completed the Offer

Participation through IVR or Voice Channel
** If the Subscriber downloads any Content in all Circles including TN circle informative SMS shall be sent to the Subscriber MSISDN number offering to play the Offer and further providing IVR MM No 567898 to dial, if the Subscriber opts to play the Offer;

** The Offer is available on the Toll free MM number 567898 for all Idea subscribers that download a DT during the Offer period.

** There shall be 300 questions on IVR. These questions will be GK, Movies & Music questions.

** The Offer will be open only in the above mentioned Circles and Zones of Idea and roaming users will be barred from participating in the Offer.

3. Gratification Distribution Selection:
1. National Bumper Gratification
** The selection of the highest scorer for the Bumper Gratification will be conducted during the Offer Period.

** 1 eligible Subscriber across all the Circle-groups , with a minimum of 100 points, during the Offer Period, will be selected as the eligible receiver for Bumper Gratification (i.e., ex-showroom price of Rs, 8,00,000/- worth Ford EcoSport Car).

2. Circle Bumper 107 Day Gratification
** The selection for the 107 days Gratification will be conducted at the end of the 107 days
** 1 each MSISDN across all the Circle Group, who has achieved a minimum of 30 points , till the period of 107 days of the Offer will be selected as the eligible receiver for gratification for that period of thirty days and shall be eligible for 107 Day Gratification (i.e. ex-showroom price of Rs. 1,25,000/- worth Royal Enfield Bullet 350cc). The aforementioned gratification shall be conducted after 107 days, wherein for the period 1 MSISDN subscriber shall be selected as an eligible participant who has achieved a minimum of 30 points during this period of 107 days.

c) Daily Recharge Gratification:
** The selection for the Daily Gratification will be 3 MSISDNs per Circle-Group, with max points, for that Day, will become eligible for this Gratification. One MSISDN can get the Daily Gratification only once in the Offer.

** 3 MSISDNs per Circle – Group, with the maximum points for that Day during the Daily Period, will be selected as the eligible receiver for the Daily Gratification (i.e. Rs. 100 worth Mobile Recharge).

Subscriber will be eligible to participate in the Offer only once the subscription charge for Dialer Tone is deducted from his/her account.

4. Tie Breaker
In case of a tie all such tied numbers will be eligible to participate in a tie-breaker round on Voice channel. Based on the performance in the tie-breaker round the MSISDN who has scored maximum points in the least amount of time would be selected as the MSISDNs eligible for the gratification.

In case no subscriber satisfies the criteria, Organizers reserves the right to forfeit the Gratification.

** The terms and conditions of the Gratification(s) shall be decided by the Organizer at their sole discretion.

** The Gratification(s) offered in this Offer will be sponsored and distributed by OnMobile. The Gratification(s) offered in this Offer may be given to the highest scorer(s) during a special event, the venue, date and time of which shall be announced by the Organizers, at their sole discretion, subsequent to the completion of the Offer Period.

** Further, the participant will be the original Subscriber of the mobile phone number (MSISDN). If the highest scorer is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the original subscriber of the mobile number, Idea / OnMobile reserves the right to reject the said participant and consider the next eligible Subscriber for the Gratification or to forfeit the Gratification, at its sole discretion.

5. After the selection and validation of the highest scorer(s) of the above mentioned Gratification(s), the highest scorer(s) will be contacted, through SMS or calls, for 3 consecutive days, and will be given further details as to how, when and where they can redeem their respective Gratification(s). The Gratification(s) must be claimed by the highest scorer(s) within one month of the date of intimation, failing which, the Gratification(s) will be forfeited. In the event that any of the highest scorer(s) cannot be reached or are ineligible or are disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, the Organizers reserve the right to forfeit the Gratification(s), at their sole discretion.

6. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible Subscribers is voluntary, and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. By entering the Offer, the Subscriber confirms and waives the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and agrees to receive promotional messages from OnMobile/ the Organisers, as they may in their sole and absolute discretion decide.

8. All disputes must be addressed by the Subscriber in writing to OnMobile directly and Idea shall not entertain any communication in this regard.

9. Subscribers can email OnMobile at challenges@onmobile.com in case of any issues or complaint with respect to this Offer.

10. As part of Gratification, OnMobile’s responsibility is restricted only for arranging travel and accommodation for the highest scorers.

11. The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/ her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Subscriber to be exchanged with Idea, OnMobile and its vendors or published and/or communicated to/in any media that it may deem fit, and Idea, OnMobile or its vendors may, at their sole discretion choose to publish or disclose the name(s), phone number(s), score(s) and/or photographs of all the Participants, if required, and specifically, of highest scorer(s).

12. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content/website and all material or content related to the Offer shall remain, at all times, owned by the Organisers / their respective owners. All material and content contained in this website is made available for your personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material/ content on this website and/ or any information disseminated by SMS or any other means of communication are strictly prohibited.

13. Idea/OnMobile is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being offered as Gratification(s) nor is it liable for any defect in the goods/services so obtained/availed, by the Subscribers under this Offer. OnMobile is also not liable for any defect in the Gratification(s) so offered or availed, by the Subscribers under this Promotion Offer.

14. The Gratification(s) under the Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. All the Gratification(s) shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific Gratification(s) and shall have to be duly complied with by the highest scorer(s).

15. The Gratification(s) to the highest scorer(s) shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities in connection with the Gratification(s) and on production of all such documents/papers as may be required by Idea/OnMobile before accepting the delivery of the Gratification(s). Any failure on the part of the highest scorer(s) to comply with directions issued by Idea/OnMobile for claim of Gratification(s) shall entitle Idea/OnMobile to forfeit the Gratification(s) or roll the Gratification(s) over to the next eligible highest scorer(s), at their sole discretion. OnMobile at its sole discretion shall decide the model/variant of any Gratification(s) being offered in this Offer.

16. A Subscriber shall be considered ineligible if he/she does not conform to the conditions as stipulated in this Terms and Conditions, or cannot provide any of the required documents as stipulated in this Terms and Conditions.

17. The Organisers, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute Gratification(s) of equal or greater value at any time. However, there will be no cash alternative.

18. All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the Gratification(s), if any, shall be exclusively borne by the Participant/Subscriber, including but not limited to TDS, Gift tax (if any), Road Tax, Insurance and any other taxes applicable by the Central, State or Municipal government.

19. With regard to the National Bumper gratification and circle bumper 107 day gratification, the Winner will be eligible for the ex-showroom price of such gratification, i.e. of the Ford EcoSport Car and the Royal Enfield Bullet Bike, which shall not exceed the respective prices as detailed in Clause 3a and 3b above. The Winners eligible for such gratifications will be liable to pay all applicable charges over and above the ex-showroom price of the respective vehicles as applicable, which shall include but not be limited to applicable taxes, levies, charges on the additional parts opted by the Winner to be purchased along with the afore-mentioned gratifications or any other costs or charges which may be levied by the Central, State or Municipal authority or government or any other liabilities related to the respective vehicles.

In case the specified model, type of vehicle offered in this Challenge as National Bumper gratification and circle bumper 107 day gratification is discontinued or not available during or after the Challenge, the Organizer will, at its own discretion, offer another vehicle, as applicable, of the same value which may or may not be of the same brand. It is also clarified that the Circle Bumper 107 Day gratification i.e Royal Enfield Bullet Bike might have a waiting period of 2-3 months depending on the availability of same to the nearest dealer of the highest scorer and the highest scorer hereby complies to the delay caused henceforth.

If the Winner wants the exact same model or type of vehicle of the same brand mentioned as the National Bumper gratification and circle bumper 107 day gratification, and if the price of the respective vehicles increase during or after the Challenge or at the time of gratification distribution or Winner announcement, the Organizer will only pay the value of the vehicle(s) that was during the launch of the Challenge and the Winner has to pay/bear the extra amount. The gratification amount shall be given by way of cheque in the name of the dealer from whom the respective vehicles are being purchased under each category of gratification hereunder.

20. All Gratification(s) must be claimed by the eligibility criteria as set about in this terms and conditions, along with the documents specified herein below. The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the highest scorer(s) include the following (the document list is only inclusive and not exhaustive and can change as per the requirements of Law):

** Identity Proof
** Address Proof
** Photocopy of PAN Card
** Proof of holding the Idea telephone connection
** Letter, Declaration or any other document in the format as may be required by Idea etc.
