Review Your Purchase & Win:

The following terms and conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) govern the “Review your Purchase & Win” -(hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) which is run by Jasper Infotech Private Limited (“Snapdeal”) and hosted on www.snapdeal.com and its Android Mobile Application (collectively referred to as “Website”).

Conditions binding the Contest:
** Any Participant found defrauding the systems of the Contest shall be debarred from participating in the Contest.
** The residents of Tamil Nadu state are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
** The Prize hereunder is non-transferable.
** The Contest shall be available on the Snapdeal Website and Android App / ‘Snapdeal’.
** By accepting to participate in the Contest and/or accepting the Prize the Participant acknowledges that he/she has read these Terms and shall adhere to it.
** Snapdeal shall make all reasonable efforts to declare the results of the Contest anytime at its sole discretion. Participants shall be responsible to check and be updated with latest announcements related to the Contest and its results being displayed on or communicated through Snapdeal Website.
** If a Participant posts queries or complaints about the Contest on any other third party portal / place, such Participant shall be immediately disqualified from participating in the Contest.
** Snapdeal liability to each Participant shall be limited to the value of the Prize stated hereunder.

Eligibility:
** Participants must be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India, 18 years or older at the time of entry, to be eligible to enter and participate in the Contest.
**  By participating into the Contest, the Participant hereby warrants that all information submitted by Participant is true, accurate and complete to the best of his/her knowledge.
**  Snapdeal reserves the right to seek from proof of age and/or nationality and any other information, detail etc. from the Participant/s.

How To Participate:
** Any Participant who fulfils the eligibility criteria mentioned hereinabove may participate in the Contest, subject to these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the following process:
** The Contest begins at 00:00:01 HRS Indian Standard Time (IST) on 5th January, 2017 and ends at 23:59:59 HRS Indian Standard Time (IST) on 5th February, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”).
** Any Participant who has purchased a book from the Website can write a review of the book purchased.
** Participant shall be eligible to write only one review for each book purchased by the Participant by same user account.
** Contest Entry: To participate, each Participant, during the Contest Period confirm to the terms hereunder.
** A Person can avail the Prize once only under this Contest.
** Snapdeal reserves the right to disqualify the Participant immediately from the Contest if Participant/s has supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading details and/or information, of any nature and/or have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of the Terms and Condition herein.

Prize:
** Snapdeal will shortlist one winner on a daily basis and they will win an author signed copy of any book (selected by Snapdeal at it sole discretion).
** The prize under this Contest is sponsored by the publishers of the book i.e. Westland, Rupa & Srishti Publication and Snapdeal shall not be liable for any complaints with respect to the prize.
** The prize shall be delivered to the winners at their registered delivery address within 15 days from the Contest’s end date.
** The Contest begins at 00:00:01 HRS Indian Standard Time (IST) on 5th January, 2017 and ends at 23:59:59 HRS Indian Standard Time (IST) on 5th February, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”).
** Any Participant who has purchased a book from the Website can write a review of the book purchased.

** A Person can avail the Prize once only under this Contest.

Winners Announcement:
** Out of all eligible Participants during the Contest Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Participant/s shall be shortlisted to qualify as a Winner by Snapdeal on a discretionary and random selection basis.
** After shortlisting the Participant/s Snapdeal or its authorised representative shall intimate the Participant on the mobile number/email, provided by the Participant. The declaration of winners will be updated in the offer page on a weekly basis i.e. on 13th January 2017, 20th January 2017, 27th January 2017 and on 6th February 2017 respectively.
** In the event the shortlisted Winners’ registered number unreachable, or he/she does not revert in three (3) any more attempts will not be made to reach the Participant.
** If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant’s participation in the Contest comes to an end and the Participant entry shall stand cancelled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the Prize.
