Quiz Mania Contest :

The Quiz Mania (“Contest”) is sponsored by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited and made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details of the Contest & How to Enter:
** This Contest will commence on 17th January from 12:00:01 A.M. (IST) and run up to 19th January, 2017 till 16:00:00 P.M. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest during the Contest Period, you must sign-in to or sign-up for an account on Amazon.in while participating in the Contest.
** Once you have signed-in to Amazon.in, you can participate by navigating to the page where the quiz questions will be posted during each day of the Contest Period.
** There will be three (3) questions per day for the Contest. There will be a fresh set of three questions on each of the three days of the Contest.
** On each day of the Contest, out of the participants who have answered all three questions correctly in the first trial, ten lucky winners will be selected by a random draw of lots, who will be sent a Rs.1,000 Amazon Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize”) on their registered Amazon.in email ID.
** In order to be eligible to be part of the lucky draw for selection of the winners, you have to answer all three questions correctly in one attempt.
** Participants who attempt any question more than once will not be eligible to qualify for the lucky draw.
** Thereafter, if you answer all the three (3) quiz questions correctly on any day, you will be eligible for a lucky draw which will be carried out amongst participants who have answered all three questions for that day correctly.
** One participant can be the winner only for one of the three days of the Contest.
** Even if the same participant is selected in the lucky draw for more than one day, he/she will be eligible for the Prize only once, and another winner will be selected for the rest of the days.
** The draw of lots will be carried out during the Contest Period and a total of 10 (ten) participants will be selected as winners by a random draw of lots for each day of the Contest.
** A total of 30 (thirty) participants will be selected as winners of the Contest over three days.
** The winner(s) will be sent the Prize on their registered Amazon.in account email ID.

Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/or prize awarded in any other promotion/contest unless you enter each promotion/contest separately.

Prizes:
There are a total of 3 (three) Prize(s) that will be given under this Contest. The Prize will be delivered to the winner on or before 27th February, 2017
