How To Participate :
To participate under the contest any candidates have to follow the above link and submit your Clear face baby photo. This contest is only For kids Age below 12 Years. The contest is open to all babies. The last date to submit the photo is 26th January 2017.
Contest Guidelines:
The ilmb.in Contest is open to All users /Non Users of the www.ilmb.in platform. There no Any Fee for Participating the Contest.
Winner Criteria:
Cute baby Contest will be judged by an internal panel of judges identified by ilmb.in, Winners Are Selected on Fb Likes Basis Only.
Scope of www.ilmb.in ‘s liability:
www.ilmb.in shall not be liable for any damages or losses to third the Eligible Applicants or any person in relation to the Entries. By virtue of submitting the Entry, the Eligible Applicant shall be deemed to agree, affirm and declare that the Eligible Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless www.ilmb.in , its affiliates, employees, directors, agents and other personnel against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including attorney’s fees) which may be raised by any third party.
Data Protection / Privacy Policy:
The Eligible Applicant is deemed to be providing personal information (as required) to www.ilmb.in . The Eligible Applicant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of such personal information by www.ilmb.in for purposes of this Contest, & Can be used to Contact, Inform, Promotional Message of Future Events.
The Eligible Applicant shall be deemed to be familiar with www.ilmb.in ‘s privacy policy and user agreement. The event organizer is committed to keep all participants’ www.ilmb.in account, personal information and other sensitive data in the strictest confidence. The event organizer shall not reveal any of the participants ‘ information to third party without written permission from the players.
Schedule:
Cute baby Contest will be held from 1st Jan, 2017 to 26th Jan, 2017. Winners will be announced within 2 weeks of Contest closure. www.ilmb.in reserves the right to extend or modify the Contest at its discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same contest landing page and the date for results will be announced accordingly.
Winning:
The decisions made by such jury panel with respect to the Winners shall be final and binding in all respects.
