Terms & Conditions:
** This contest is open only for Indian Citizens.
** The gifts and quantities as mentioned above can be changed by PRIPL without prior intimation.
** The participants must be statutorily eligible for purchase and consumption of alcohol beverages and shall be citizens of India with Resident and Ordinarily Resident status under Income Tax Act, 1961.
** This is a limited period offer, and is valid between 20/01/2017 to 28/02/2017.
** The participants are advised to give a missed call to the mobile no. mentioned.
** Employees & Associates of PRIPL / organizer(s), group & associate companies, vendors, and affiliates are not eligible to participate in the contest.
** Participation in the contest is purely optional.
** Winner(s) will be selected by a random selection process & informed through email, SMS, Phone call and/or through any other mode as the Organizers deem fit.
** The winner shall be responsible to comply with the registration process, related formalities and production of any/all such documents/information as may be required by PRIPL & authorities in connection with the prize.
** The Winner(s) shall produce documents and/or credentials viz. ORIGINAL PAN CARD, RATION CARD, VOTERS CARD etc. to prove his/her identity to the complete satisfaction of PRIPL failing which PRIPL/the organizer(s) shall be entitled to choose another winner & announce him/her as the winner without any claim from the earlier selected winner.
** This offer can’t be combined with other scheme, offer or promotion. The prizes are neither transferable nor can be redeemed for cash.
** All costs, expenses and incidental cost/taxes/levies related to the prize shall be exclusively borne by the customer and no claim of any nature whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. The customer shall deposit the tax, if any, needs to be deducted by PRIPL before handing over the gift.
** In the event of non-availability or inability of PRIPL/the organizer(s) to provide the exact prize for any reason whatsoever, the organizer(s) shall have the right to offer an alternative prize and winner shall accept the same without demur and shall not make any claim against the PRIPL/the organizer(s) on any account.
** Apart from the entitlement to the said Prize/s announced under this contest, the winner or his legal heirs will have no other rights or claims of any nature whatsoever. The maximum liability of PRIPL will not be more than the value of the prize announced in the name of respective customer.
** By making a claim to the prize, the customer provides his /her unconditional consent to PRIPL to use the name, details & photographs of the customer for media coverage in relation to this contest.
** PRIPL shall neither be responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being offered as prizes nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed or for losses/damages arising out of the usage of such goods by the customers under this contest.
** In case of any dispute or differences in respect of or in connection with the contest and/or the prize herein, the decision of PRIPL shall be final and binding on all concerned and PRIPL shall be under no obligation to respond to said concerns.
** PRIPL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change or modify this or any part of thereof including the eligibility criteria in its sole discretion at anytime as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes brought in by Govt. and/or statutory changes and/or by any judicial order which shall be binding on the Customer.
** All disputes arising out of the offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in New Delhi only.
** Winner will be required to deposit with PRIPL the taxes, if any, as applicable on the prize items before claiming the possession of the same and also will have to furnish requisite documents and/or information within 10 (ten) calendar days of first contact by PRIPL. In case of non submission, the prize for the winner will be annulled without incurring any liability by PRIPL.
** The domestic trip is for 3 days/2 nights and includes return tickets from Hydeabad to Goa and back to Hyderabad, transport in Goa & breakfast/lunch/dinner in Goa.
** The inclusions mentioned above can be changed by PRIPL without prior intimation.
** The customer shall be responsible for taking delivery of the prizes from the designated locations, at their cost, risk and expense and PRIPL shall not hold any responsibility in this regard.
** The winners of the domestic trip will be awarded a couple ticket and all documents relating to travel – and other travel documents needs to be submitted by the winner and PRIPL will not be responsible for arranging the same.
** The dates of the travel, route of the travel, carrier etc. are fixed & cannot be changed.
** Winner has to insure his life, health etc. before travelling. Organizer will not be responsible for any incidents during travel in India, abroad or on board.
** Winner shall abide by the laws, rules & regulations of the land & the place he/she would be visiting.
** Organizers shall not be responsible for any omissions & commissions of the Winner in India or on board.
** The liability of the organizer(s) shall not exceed value of the prizes under this contest.
** Winners consent to use of their particulars/photographs by organizer for media coverage.
** Organizers are not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services won by participant.
