Classmate Whiz Quiz Contest :

** The Classmate Whiz Quiz Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is being run by ITC Limited (hereinafter ‘ITC’).

** Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, each Participant and the participant’s guardian is deemed to have accepted the complete Terms and Conditions for this Contest which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.
** Every Participant must be a resident of India and must be between 9 years to 16 years of age as on Nov 15th, 2016.
** It is hereby clarified that this Contest is only open to Participants who have obtained the permission of their parents and/or legal guardians and whose parents and/or legal guardians consent to be bound by these rules in their own right and on behalf of the Participant.
** No immediate family and household members (children, siblings etc.) of employees including workers, business associates of ITC, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, and any agencies or other companies involved in the development or execution of the Contest or production or distribution of Contest materials are eligible to participate in this Contest.
** The final decision whether a Participant can participate in the Contest shall be of ITC and shall be binding on such Participant.
** The Contest shall run as follows: from 15/11/2016 at 12 am to 31/01/2017 11:59 pm.
** Please note, the quiz questions will be changed every 15 days.
** Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, each Participant and the participant’s guardian is deemed to have accepted the complete Terms and Conditions for this Contest

To participate in this Contest, the Participants should follow the following procedure:
** Log into the registration page of the Classmate Whiz Quiz Contest by clicking on the link https://www.classmateshop.com/ or by clicking on the ‘Registration’ tab shown on the https://www.classmateshop.com/ (hereafter “Contest website”) and register as a user according to registration guidelines on the website.
** The Participant may give the email id of the Parent/Guardian in the event the Participant does not have any email id.
** After Registration, the Participant shall receive an email on the email id entered by the Participant that will contain a link to access the ‘sign in’ page of the Contest Website.
** The Participant should follow the guidelines stated in the email and on the ‘sign-in’ page. The Participant should enter his e-mail id and password to get access to Level 1 of the Contest.
** There are three Age categories as per the age group of the participant which a participant will pick while registering
** There are 2 levels – each with 10 questions and 10 points for each question
** Time taken to complete each level will be monitored. Incase if there is a tie in the positions based on scores, time taken would be considered. The participant who has the same score with least amount of time taken would be ranked higher compared to the participant who had scored the same consuming more time.
** All the questions will require the Participant to choose the correct answer from two or more options.
** Each Level in Stage 1 consists of ten questions pertaining to the difficulty of the Level and the category.
** The Participant can only attempt Level 2 after completing Level 1
** The Participant will receive 10 points for every correct answer and no points for an incorrect answer. There will be no negative points awarded for wrong answers in this Contest.
** The participant can attempt level 1 & 2 only once during the fixed window of 15 days, but shall complete one level in one login and comeback at another point of time and take the other level using the same email id and Password within the same period.
** The score secured by the Participant will be considered as the valid score for evaluation.
** However, any attempt by the Participant to participate in Level 1 and/or Level 2 of the Contest multiple times within the fixed window period by using multiple identities, forms, registrations or addresses will void all of that Participant’s entries and the Participant may be disqualified at ITC’s discretion.
** The questions would be changed once in 15 days and the levels will open up again for the participants to participate.
** Participants who have scored the highest aggregate points in all two Levels can continue adding points once the questions change.

Prizes:
** 3 winners will be chosen post the contest based on their aggregate points all through the contest period from 15/11/2016 at 12 am to 31/01/2017 11:59 pm.
** The winner shall receive a tablet worth Rs. 10,000
** The 1st Runner Up shall receive a prize worth Rs. 7,000.
** The 2nd Runner Up shall receive a prize worth Rs. 5,000.
** All Participants who have scored the highest in each level in one single window of 15 days will be given Classmate Gift hampers with cumulative printed MRP of Rs. 200.
** Prizes stated in sub-clauses (a), (b) and (c) of this clause will be handed over to the Participant through an authorized representative of ITC.
** Prizes stated in sub-clauses (e) of this clause will be sent to the participant through a courier.
** If the Winner is not available at the given address, the courier/ITC’s representative will make 2 more attempts to deliver the prize.
** If the Winner fails to pick up the prize from the designated place within a week of informing him / her, the prize will not be given to such Winner and the prize will stand forfeited.
