Tattoo To Adventure Contest:

a) The CCDE Tattoo To Adventure Contest 2017 (“the Contest”) is sponsored by ITC Limited (“ITC”) purely for promotional purposes and is executed by external agencies appointed by ITC.

b) The Contest is open only to Indian citizens residing in India.
c) Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary.
d) By participating in this Contest, each Participant (defined hereinafter) is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Contest available on www.mycandymanclub.com as well as the decisions of ITC which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Successfully entering the Contest and winning prize(s) are subject to fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.
e) The Contest gives 12 Participants a chance to participate in the Adventure Land Contest, at Wonderla resorts, Bengaluru and the winner of the Adventure Land Contest gets to go an international trip to Dubai along with his/her family.

Contest Period:
a) The Contest will be open for participation between 16th January, 00:00 hours till 30th April, 24:00 hours (inclusive of both days) (“Contest period”).
b) Contest will be open for participation during the Contest Period on the purchase of Candyman Choco Double Eclairs individual packs (net weight 4 grams) manufactured from a period of 2nd January onwards that contains a free tattoo with each pack. (“Promo Pack(s)”).
c) Contest is applicable only on Promo Packs as stated above. The Promo Packs are limited in quantity and will be available only till stocks last.
d) The Company reserves the right to change the Contest Period at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice.

Eligibility Criteria:
a) Children are eligible to enter the Contest only with the express consent of their parent/legal guardian. The participation of the child in the Contest shall be under the supervision of the parent/legal guardian.
b) The employees of ITC and its associate companies, the agencies associated with ITC for the organization of the Contest and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
c) The children participating in the Contest are referred to as Participant(s).
d) The Participant(s) and their family members should have a valid passport with 6 months validity to be eligible for the final prize of the international trip to Dubai.

How to participate:
a) Purchase a Promo Pack during the Contest Period.
b) Find a tattoo wrapped over the inner wrapper (“Promo Leaflet”) which contains a 4 digit unique code (“Unique Code”).
c) Give a missed call on the toll free number 7053120010.
d) The caller will get a call back on his number and will be taken through the steps to participate through an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS).

i. Please follow the instructions given through the IVRS.
ii. Enter the Unique Code printed on the Promo Leaflet. (Each Unique Code can be used to participate only once in the Contest, and any repeat attempts to use the same Unique Code will be rejected.)
iii. The Participant will be asked a question.
iv. Answer the question within 45 seconds after the beep sound.
v. The Participant then needs to confirm the entry by pressing ‘#’ (hash) key after the answer. The entry may not be accepted if the # key is not pressed within 45 seconds after the beep sound.

e) After the call ends the Participant shall receive an SMS with a link to refer to the terms and conditions of the Contest which are also available on www.mycandymanclub.com.

f) An entry / participation shall be invalid if:
i. The # button is not executed after recording
ii. The answer exceeds the time limit of 45 seconds
iii. Answer is irrelevant to the question asked to the Participant
iv. In case the recording is inaudible or incomplete

g) Based on creativity in responses to the question, the 12 Participants with the best responses shall be invited to participate in the activity round of the Contest at Wonderla Resorts, Bengaluru. (“Activity Round”).
h) Each of the 12 Participants for the Activity Round of the Contest shall be accompanied by 1 Parent / legal guardian only.
i) The accommodation for 1 night and travel to Wonderla Resorts, Bengaluru for two persons (1 Participant for the Activity Round and 1 parent/legal guardian) shall be taken care of by an agency appointed by ITC.

Prizes:
a) 12 of the Participants with the best answers can avail a free one day trip to Wonderla Resorts, Bengaluru and branded merchandise. The 12 Participants can participate in the Adventure land Contest (Activity Round) at Wonderla Resorts, Bengaluru and stand a chance to win an international trip to Dubai.
b) The Winner of the Activity Round can go on a free international trip to Dubai along with his/her family (Maximum 4 members).
c) In the event of inadequate Participants, the number of prizes would be reduced to the actual number of Participants.
d) The type, colour, make, model and vendor of merchandise and the tour package including flights, hotels and other shall be selected by the ITC at its sole and absolute discretion.
