General Information:
** Accommodation will be provided at Guru Kashi University.
** Unfurnished accommodation will be provided to the teams. However accommodation to the participating teams will be provided only 24 hours before the commencement of the championship.
** A caution money of Rs. 1000/- will be charged from each team and the same will be refunded after adjustment of cost of damages, if any.
** Team managers meeting will be held at Guru Kashi University at 03.00 PM on 11th February 2017.
** Four copies of eligibility Performs duly typed and signed by the competent authority, players identity cards and a copy of subscription receipt from AIU should be handed over to the organising secretary.
** Participating University will submit attested photo copies of D.M.C of 10th , 12th in case of players studying in U.G course and 10th , 12th , and graduation certificates in case of the players studying P.G. course , to the organising secretary.
** All the participating Universities are requested to bring a two flag (one for marching and another for hosting) of the University for March past.
** Championship will be conducted in accordance with the latest rules of the Gatka Federation of India.
** Officiating / Umpiring fee of Rs. 1500/ – shall be charged from each team from each University.
** The climate during the month of February in Talwandi Sabo will be very cold. All the teams are advised to bring warm cloths with them.
** Mats, buckets and mugs will be provided to all teams.
** All the teams are advised to bring their lock for room allotted to than.
** Organising secretary reserves the right to make any change in the programme.
** The decision of the organising committee regarding competition will be abiding on all the teams.
** Team managers are totally responsible for their players to maintain discipline during the competition and stay.
** All the players are expected to be in a proper uniform for the competition.
