1. The following terms & conditions, shall apply to all of the contests which will be conducted on the social networks “Facebook and Twitter”.

2. The contest is open to Indian citizens only. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India will be disqualified automatically.

3. Information as available on the Contest page and Contest Terms & Conditions page is the only authentic and valid information about the Contest. Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Kotak”) is not responsible for in correct/misleading information relating to the Contest, presented/displayed on any source other than the Contest and Terms & Conditions page on https://www.facebook.com/KotakBank

4. Participants on Facebook: To participate in the Contest through Facebook, participant/s has to follow the following steps:
(a) Log into Facebook.
(b) If not already a fan of Kotak Bank official page, https://www.facebook.com/KotakBank, ‘Like’ the page
(c) ‘Like’ the post which is describing the contest and participate
(d) Each winner will be awarded cool vouchers
(e) The contest period is from 25th Jan, 2017 to 29th Jan, 2017.

5. Participants on Twitter:
(a) To participate in the contest through Twitter, participant(s) must follow @KotakBankLtd Twitter id prior to the contest or during the contest to be eligible for the prize.
(b) Participants are allowed to post their entries on Twitter by mentioning @KotakBankLtd and using mentioned hashtag.
(c) Contest entries posted elsewhere will not be considered valid.
(d) Each winner will be awarded cool vouchers.

6. The contest winners will be announced on the official Kotak Bank Facebook page –https://www.facebook.com/KotakBank & Kotak Bank twitter handle -https://www.twitter.com/KotakBankLtd
7. Facebook & Twitter are neither a sponsor nor an affiliate of this contest.
8. The Voucher(s) cannot be exchanged for cash
9. Kotak reserves the right to withdraw or modify the contest, result or gift without prior notice to participants or anyone else in whatsoever capacity.
10. All decisions by Kotak are final and based on discretion wherever applicable.
11. Kotak reserves the right to disqualify any entry for the contest if it can trace the entry to be from fake Facebook/Twitter accounts.

12. Individuals/groups cannot use Kotak logo or Kotak brand unit to promote other products on Facebook/Twitter channel, without prior written permission from Kotak.

13. By participating, where permissible by law, participant grants to Kotak the right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the World Wide Web, participant’s entry, name, picture and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without any compensation.

14. Kotak reserves the right to disqualify participants from this Facebook/Twitter contest on grounds of profanity, obscene content or spamming.
