#GioneeSuperSelfie Contest :

1. This Contest is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited (“Organizers”) and is open to all (“Participants”) for participation

Eligibility:
a. Residents of India;
b. who are in the age group of 16 to 40 years;
c. who have a valid Twitter account/ handle and are followers of @Vh1Supersonic on Twitter.

2. To participate in the Contest, a Participant need to:
a. Share 1 innovatively clicked selfie of themselves; and
b. describe 1 thing that they are excited about with respect the VH1 Supersonic Festival, 2017 (“Event”) using the #GioneeSuperSelfie as per mode of participation provided below and the instructions that may be provided by Organizer from time to time.

3. Mode of Participation:
A Participant may participate in the Contest by following below steps, during the Contest Period (defined below):
a. Follow Twitter handle of Vh1 Supersonic i.e. @VH1Supersonic at following link: (“Contest Page”);
b. Participate by tweeting to @VH1Supersonic by sharing 1 innovatively clicked selfie of theirs AND describing one thing that they are excited about with respect to the Event with hashtag “#GioneeSuperSelfie” or such other hashtags and any other instructions provided therein (“Contest Entry”); and
c. A Contest Entry will be considered valid only if such Contest Entry is accompanied with both the following hashtags viz. #GioneeSuperSelfie and #Vh1Supersonic and submitted in strictly in compliance with the Contest terms and conditions and other instructions of the Organiser as communicated from time to time.

4. Contest Period:
The Contest shall begin on January 27, 2017, and shall conclude on January 31, 2017 (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest. The Winners shall be announced on February 1, 2017 or such other date and/or time as may be determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion.

5. Selection of Winners:
At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall select total 2 (two) winners from the Participants who have submitted the most creative selfies and the most innovative comments on the Contest Pages, as the winners of the Contest (“Winners”) and such Winners shall be eligible for gratification as detailed below.

Further, the Organizer or the jury engaged by the Organizer shall, at their discretion, choose the Winners based on the creativity and quality of the selfie shared and the innovativeness of their comments.

6. The Winners shall be eligible for the gratification set out below. The Organizer shall send direct messages to the twitter handles (used by the Participants to post the Contest Entry) of the Winners notifying them of their win after the Contest Period has ended.

The Winners shall be selected from amongst the correct and most creative/innovative Contest Entries (i.e. both the selfie and the comments) received from the Participants during the Contest Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

7. Gratification Details:
The Winners declared by the Organizers would be eligible to win the gratification as stated below (“Prize”):
a. Meet and Greet with any One (1) International Artist at the Event: The Winner shall get one-time opportunity to meet and greet with any 1 (one) international artist (as determined by the Organizer in their sole discretion) at the Event. The date and exact venue of such meet and greet shall be informed by the Organizer and shall be subject to availability of such international artist.

b. The aforesaid Meet and Greet shall take place on any day/date of the Event as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion. Organizer shall have the right to change the date of such Meet and Greet in its sole discretion and without assigning any reason for the same.

c. Winners and persons accompanying them / attending the said Event shall strictly comply with the rules of the Event venue. This shall be a strict condition precedent to the Winners availing the Prize.
d. Organizer takes no responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winners.

8. The Prizes will be distributed at the end of the Contest between February 10, 2017 to February 12, 2017 or such other days/ dates as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion, via direct message to the Twitter Handles (used by the Participants to post the Contest Entry) of the Winners, email or such other method as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
