Separate registration form should be filled in case you are participating in more than one event – (LAN Gaming, “Counter Strike” and “NFS” are separate events/ entities and separate registration form should be filled for participation.)

Instructions:
1) Only 1 form shall be submitted by a Participant/Group, comprising of not more than 4 members for Project and 2 members for Technical Paper Presentation and 1 member for Circuit Building, Debugging and Circuit Simulation.
2) The Registration amount is Rs. 300/- per event, per participant. (Note: For example, if there are three participants for a Project, the registration amount would be Rs. 900/-)
3) Photo copies of this form are allowed to be used.
4) Attach the hard copy of paper or synopsis of Project/ Paper with this form.

Note:
Scanned soft copy (along with synopsis in case of Project and Technical Paper) of this form and DD should be sent to: nextech2017@xaviertech.com on or before submission date, stating the event name in which you are participating in the “subject” field of the email. One hard copy of all documents along with fees should be submitted. Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- per event, per student (including Registration, Lunch & Tea) should be drawn in favour of ST. XAVIER’S TECHNICAL INSTITUTE, payable at MUMBAI.

RULES AND REGULATIONS :
Synopsis Formatting :
Paper size A4, Heading Font Size 16pts, Sub Heading Font Size 14pts, Text Font Size 12pts, Line Spacing 1.5, Arial Font, Margins: Left & Right 1.25’, Top and Bottom 1”.

A) For Project :
* The Project Synopsis should be 3 – 5 pages.
* Submit list of required supporting equipments one week before exhibition dates.
* Come equipped with your own required software and driver softwares.
* Maximum 4 Participants / Project Group.

B) For TPP :
* Maximum two authors per paper for Technical Paper Presentation.
* The paper synopsis should be 3-6 pages.
* 10 minutes will be allotted per paper.
* Power Point Presentation backup must be accompanied by each author.
