ii. All films produced after January 1, 2014 are eligible for Competitive Section and before January 1, 2014 are eligible for Non-Competitive Section of 10th FILMSAAZ 2017.
iii. For Registration Form, Rules & Regulation(s), Brochure & Official Poster visit www.filmclub.amu.ac.in
iv. Films which have previously been registered/ submitted in the earlier editions of FILMSAAZ are not eligible.

Submissions Materials Checklist for each submission is:
FILM REGISTRATION FORM, 2 DVDs/PENDRIVE/MEMORY CARD containing the entry and 1 PRESS KIT (CD/DVD/PENDRIVE/MEMORY CARD). It must be sent (fully prepaid) by registrant via courier or registered post to the address given below on or before 10th February, 2017. DECLARATION(S)/SUBMISSION(S):
The undersigned warrants that he/she has the right to submit and exhibit the above-indicated film to 10th FILMSAAZ and will indemnify and hold harmless the Festival, its committee(s), organizers, management committee, staff and sponsors, against any and all claims arising out of FILMSAAZ’s exhibition and promotion of said film should such film be programmed as part of the FILMSAAZ 2017.

** I have read, understood, complied with the rules & regulations & agree to abide them.
** To the best of my knowledge, all statements in this document are true & accurate.

** I hereby give my permission to the organizers of 10th FILMSAAZ to screen this film in public (either in competition or out of competition) as well as use short clips and stills of this film for promotion and publicity purposes of FILMSAAZ. I declare that necessary permissions have been taken from the right holders concerned and no copyright issues are pending with this film before entering the same in FILMSAAZ 2017 and this film is not subject to any litigation, nor is any litigation pending.

** The undersigned submits that I own all proprietary rights to the Film submitted and that I have secured the rights, licenses, clearances and releases necessary for exhibition of the work, so that the

Festival or its representatives will not be obliged to any third party, and that the Film /Exhibition will not infringe or violate the rights of any firm, person, or corporation.

** I am authorized and/or empowered by all parties involved with and/or legally representing this film to receive any awards/invitation on behalf of the film and filmmakers.
** I agree for my film (s) to be made available during and post the Festival in the Video Library accessible only for registered guests.
** I further acknowledge the authority and final word of the Panel of Judges and Festival Executive Committee. I also understand that 10th FILMSAAZ reserves the right to refuse any FILM at its discretion. No further request or congruous of any kind will be entertained.
