#SpeedAlert Contest:

** Maruti Suzuki Motorsport is holding a contest “#SpeedAlert” from 28th Jan’17 – 15th Feb’17 (8 A.M) (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) which is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.

** The Contest is valid for Indian Residents who are 18 years or above, except employees and family members of MSIL and its affiliate/associate/subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event Management Company.
** To be eligible for this Contest, the participant must be a fan/ follower of the Maruti Suzuki Motorsport. (Facebook and Twitter)
** Participants who share the most innovative name of the dish will be chosen as the winner.
** 5 winners will be announced in total at the end of the contest.
** Winners will be rewarded with Maruti Suzuki Motorsport goodies.
** Participating in the “#SpeedAlert” contest implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the contest.
** Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.
** Winners shall be selected at the sole discretion of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.
** Shortlisted pictures will be shared in the album ‘Speed Alert Contest’ and winners will be based on the number of like’s one get on their image.
** The winners will be announced via Personal Message from the Maruti Suzuki Motorsport account.
** The prize shall be awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if the winning customer is unable to be contacted till 7 PM on the 20th of Feb’17, after the contest is over, or if any prize is unclaimed or declined by or before 7 PM on the 22th of Feb’17 from the closure of the contest after receipt of communication to winning customer, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unacceptable and will become void.
** The winners will be asked to share their ID proofs through the Facebook personal message to claim the prize.
** Upon receipt of the documents and after verification of the information provided by the winners, MSIL shall dispatch the prize to the winners through courier at the address which is mentioned on the address proof submitted by the winner.
** Entries should not (i) contain any inappropriate, harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable or offensive language or content; or (ii) should not violate the rights of any party; or (iii) contain anything which, if published, would adversely affect the reputation of MSIL. In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the prize will be forfeited;
** This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Google.
** The participant is providing their information to MSIL and not to any social media website.
** By participating in the Contest, the participant hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the user on Facebook/Twitter/Google Plus by MSIL and/or its event management company for the purpose of this Contest.
