Tyohar Pe Uphar Challenge 2015:
This Offer is sponsored and organized by RealNetworks India Pvt. Limited (RealNetworks) having its registered office at Plot No 15, Nipun Tower, Karkardooma Community Centre, Karkardooma, New Delhi – 110092, India (“RealNetworks”) in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (“Idea”) (hereinafter RealNetworks and Idea are jointly referred to as “Organisers”) and the Offer is open for a limited period 23rd September 2015 – 00:00:01 Hrs till 31st December 2015 – 23:59:59 Hrs for both pre-paid and post-paid category of Idea Subscribers.

Eligibility to avail the Offer:
** This Offer is valid only for active and existing prepaid and post-paid Idea Subscriber, who successfully downloads -Dialer Tone during the Offer Period and fulfils the following criteria:
** Subscriber must be 18 years or above.
** Subscriber must be a citizen of India.
** Subscriber must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order and/or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship
** Subscriber must belong to Circles only.
** Subscriber must be an active Subscriber or customer of Idea during the announcement or selection of highest scorer.
** Subscribers should no way related to the promotors of this contest

Further, the highest scorer eligible for gratification will be the original Subscriber of the eligible mobile phone number (MSISDN). If the highest scorer is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the original subscriber of the mobile number, RealNetworks reserves the right to consider the next eligible Subscriber for the Gratification or to forfeit the Gratification, at its sole discretion.

Procedure for participating in the Offer:
Participation through SMS:
** To participate in the Offer, Subscriber is required to download any Idea Dialer Tone during the Offer period and give consent to participate in Offer by replying A or B to the skill/knowledge based questions asked on the Short code 567898.
** Subscriber can download Dialer Tone through any available mode.
** The Subscriber will be a part of the Offer once he/she downloads any Dialer Tone during the Offer period. Post successful download, subscriber will be sent an SMS for confirmation. Post getting confirmation on the SMS only he/she will be pushed further questions to participate in the Offer.
** For all Subscribers who are participating in the Offer for the first time, a welcome SMS shall be sent to the Subscribers informing him/her about the Gratification of the Offer.
** This is followed by the 1st question and answer options
** Subscriber can answer the question by sending the required keywords (i.e. either “a” or “b”).
** For answering a question correctly the subscriber will be awarded 1 point.
** Subscriber will be pushed 10/5 question per download basis the amount charged for the service. For Default Price (Rs. 36 & above for New activation; Rs. 15 for Song Change) 10 questions will be pushed, for all other charged amounts, 5 questions will be pushed.
** No question will be pushed in case, where charged amount is zero (0).
** On Answering all the questions, the Subscribers shall receive an SMS with “Cumulative Score” + “Instruction to download next song” to continue the contest.
** The total questions in the Offer shall be 300 which can be answered post download of Dialer Tones.
** Once a user answers all questions (i.e. all 300 questions) the Offer Exit Text is sent informing the user that he/she has completed the Offer.

Participation through IVR or Voice Channel:
If the Subscriber downloads any Dialer Tone, informative SMS shall be sent to the Subscriber MSISDN number offering to participate the Offer and further providing IVR MM No 567898 to dial, if the Subscriber opts to participate the Offer;

The Offer is available on the Toll free MM number 567898 for all Idea subscribers that download a DT during the Offer period.

There shall be 300 questions on IVR. These questions will be GK, Movies & Music questions. The Offer will be open only in the above mentioned Circles and Groups of Idea and roaming users will be barred from participating in the Offer.

Tie Breaker:
Highest scorer Selection in case of a TIE:
In case of a tie on points i.e., in the event of more than 1 participant scoring the same number of points, the participant scoring the points in the least number of questions will be declared as the highest scorer.

In case of a tie on points & tie on number of questions i.e., in the event of more than 1 participant scoring the same number of points from the same number of questions, the participant scoring the points in the least time will be declared as highest scorer.

In case no subscriber satisfies the criteria, Organisers reserve the right to forfeit the Gratification.

The terms and conditions of the Gratification(s) shall be decided by the Organisers at their sole discretion.

The Gratification(s) offered in this Offer will be sponsored and distributed by RealNetworks. The Gratification(s) offered in this Offer may be given to the highest scorer(s) during a special event, the venue, date and time of which shall be announced by the Organisers, at their sole discretion, subsequent to the completion of the Offer Period.

Further, the participant will be the original Subscriber of the mobile phone number (MSISDN). If the highest scorer is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the original subscriber of the mobile number, Idea / RealNetworks reserves the right to reject the said participant and consider the next eligible Subscriber for the Gratification or to forfeit the Gratification, at its sole discretion.
