Terms and Conditions:
This Offer will be open from 09/09/2015 and will be valid only up to 08/10/2015. This Offer is open only to the valid prepaid as well as postpaid subscribers of Idea Delhi Circle and the same shall available subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”).The subscribers agree to abide by these Terms & conditions in entirety. If any subscriber does not agree to any of the Terms, such subscriber shall not be allowed to participate in it.

U2opia Mobile shall conduct a draw to announce the winners for the contest within 15 days from the contest end date. The winners will be determined as per terms specified. The winners shall be intimated through SMS message/phone call on the given mobile number. U2opia Mobile shall not entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the lucky draw and the contest itself from any party whatsoever.

The winner shall win prize as announced by U2opia Mobile. The selection of prizes is as per the sole discretion of U2opia Mobile. U2opia Mobile reserves its rights to modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, prizes, etc., without notice to the users. U2opia Mobile reserves the right to cancel any part or all of the prizes.

The winner must claim his/ her prize within 15 days of the announcement by U2opia Mobile through SMS/phone call and on U2opia Mobile website. In case the prize is unclaimed by the winner within the stipulated period, then U2opia Mobile reserves its right to transfer the prize to the next winner chosen in the same draw. The first winner automatically surrenders his/ her right to the prize and shall not make any claim thereunder.

U2opia Mobile reserves the right: (a) to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions. (b) to decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected in the event any entrant is disqualified from the Contest. (c) to require written permission from the parent or guardian of a winner who is under the age of 15.

Idea Cellular Ltd. shall not be responsible for:- (i) any SMS message delivery failures; (ii) for any SPAM generated messages; (iii) for the Operator code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phone; (iv) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and (v) other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

You will be charged Rs. 10/10 days by Idea Cellular Ltd for every subscription sent by you through the mobile phone for the Contest. You agree and acknowledge that this charge is your liability alone and that Idea Cellular Ltd is not responsible for the same and you will not have any recourse to Idea Cellular Ltd for the same.

The winner shall be responsible for any additional, incidental expenses required to be incurred to avail of the prize. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other incidental and related expenses as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner will be required to provide certified proof of identity and residence, if any.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, subject to availability and there will be no cash alternative.

U2opia Mobile will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the contest or the prize, except to the extent the liabilities, which cannot be excluded by law.

Employees and relatives of U2opia and Idea will not be eligible to participate in Offer.
