** One lucky winner will win an exclusive car bed for their child.
** Contest open only for parents/guardians/grandparents currently residing in the Delhi/NCR region.
** Rights to participation reserved. Please read the detailed Terms document below.
** Winner to be notified/announced on Facebook on 10th March 2017.
** The Car Bed would only be delivered at an address provided by the winner during further communication, subject to it being in the Delhi/NCR region.
** Entries from other parts of India would not be eligible for this contest.

Contest Policy :
Article 1: Object:
The Habios India Car bed giveaway contest (hereinafter the “Contest”) is organised by Habios online exclusively at HabiosIndia Facebook page.
No purchase necessary: Entrants do not have to purchase any merchandise to participate or win.

Article 2: Eligibility:
1. The contest is open to all parents/grandparents/guardians of kids aged between 3-10 years and currently residing in the Delhi/NCR region. If you currently reside in any other part of India, you are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Employees of Habios and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, and parents) and/or those living in the same household or each, are ineligible. Any fraud on these points will result in the entrant’s disqualification.

2. Habios is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information on entries. Incorrect entries will automatically be voided, and disqualify the entrant.

3. Participation in this Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Complete Official Rules and the decisions of Habios, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

Article 3: How to participate:
1. Each participant must:
o Like the Habios India Facebook page on Facebook.
o Answer the question in the comment section
o Share the contest post on their own facebook wall

Participants can select to share the Contest on their own social network pages by using the share button. They can also invite friends to like Habios India page by using the “Invite your Friends”.

2. The giveaway will be awarded to the person basis the comments received.

Article 4: Contest Term
1. This Contest begins on February 18th February 2017 and ends on 27th February 2017.

2. Every contest is bound by these Complete Official Rules which shall be applicable for the entire duration of the Contest.

Habios reserves its right to modify these Complete Official Rules, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time by posting a notice on the Official Habios India Facebook page. This notice will constitute an amendment to these Complete Official Rules forming an integral part thereof.

3. Entrants who disagree with new terms may withdraw from the Contest at any point. Their participation stands for their approval of the new terms.
4. Your Entry must adhere to the Entry Requirements included below and these Official Rules.
** Entries must be complete to be eligible.
** Entry must not contain information known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading.
** Entry must not contain offensive, profane, vulgar, obscene or inappropriate language.
** Entry must not contain defamatory or slanderous content.
** Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or damaged entries.

Article 5: Prize :
1. One lucky winner from the Delhi/NCR region will be win brand new car bed.
2. If the winner has a girl child, they will be awarded a princess car bed while the boy child will win a racer car bed.
3. The prize is non-transferrable and would be awarded only to individuals meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned in Article 2.

4. The winner will be notified on Facebook. Habios India reserves itself the right to use the unclaimed prize as a prize in future contests. Entrants with winning Entries will be notified on March 10th, 2017 and further details will be shared simultaneously.

5. By accepting the prize, the winner of this Contest grant Habios India the unconditional and irrevocable right, without any further compensation, consideration, notice, review or consent, to use, exhibit and publish, in any medium now known or hereinafter known at any time throughout the world his/her name, address, image, likeness, voice, biographical information and statement for advertising, publicity, trade and public relation purposes.
