#Tripfor2 to Thailand With WeddingSutra:

** Last date of submission is 15th March 2017 (12 noon IST).

** While we encourage participants to actively share their entry on social media, maximum number of Likes, Comments or Shares is not the only criteria to win the contest.
** Entries might be edited for brevity. WeddingSutra reserves the right to select visuals/ prepare collages for the entries.
** Contest valid for Indian Passport holders only (both travelers need to be Indian Passport holders) over 21 years of age.
** All participants shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/ or acceptance of the Prize (as defined below) does not contravene any local laws or regulations.
** The contest shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
** Employees of Tourism Authority of Thailand – Mumbai, its agencies and WeddingSutra.com, its agencies are not eligible to participate.
** The prize (stay + air tickets) can be redeemed before 30th September 2017 only. Stay + air tickets will be confirmed by Tourism Authority of Thailand – Mumbai, Anantara Hotels and Resorts, Phuket and Bangkok Airways subject to availability of rooms/ seats.
** The prizes (stay and air tickets) are non-transferable and in case the winners are unable to travel, they will not be compensated by Tourism Authority of Thailand – Mumbai, Anantara Hotels and Resorts, Phuket and Bangkok Airways or WeddingSutra
** With regards to the winners, decision of the panel constituted by WeddingSutra.com and Tourism Authority of Thailand – Mumbai will be final.
** In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction will be Mumbai. WeddingSutra.com (India) Private Limited is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
** TAT Mumbai will provide 1 day tour at the destination with the photographer for the purpose photography only.

Terms and Conditions related to Tickets – Bangkok Airways:
The tickets will be valid from 01 March 2017 to 30 September 2017
** All flights requests are subject to seats availability only and extend the validity is not permitted.
** Reservation and Ticketing must be made at the Bangkok Airways Ticketing and Reservation office at least 7 days prior to departure.
** The original lucky winner certificate must be presented upon issuing the ticket(s).
** Once the ticket(s) is issued, it is not re-routable, transferable nor refundable and valid only on PG flights (Bangkok Airways)
** The Ticket(s) is valid from the date above based on traveling date (journey must be completed within the specific period).
** Passenger(s) must travel together within period as specified above.
** Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel or change flight including change fee(s) charged with prior notice. Changing flight or destination is not permitted.
** If passenger is No-Show, then the ticket is not valid for future travel.
** Confirmation will depend on the flight availability on the date/sector requested.

Terms and Conditions related to Hotel Stay – Anantara Hotels and Resorts, Phuket:
** The winner is entitled to a three (3) nights stay (bed & breakfast) in a Lead in room category at Anantara Hotels and Resorts, Phuket for two persons
** The winner will receive a voucher to stay at the Anantara Hotels and Resorts, Phuket and can book the room before from April 1st, 2017 to September 30th, 2017.
** Voucher is not application to stay during long weekends, public holidays and festive seasons.
** Voucher is valid for one specific hotel and cannot be split
** Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be extended past the validity date.
** Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or other monetary value.
** Reservations must be booked in advance directly through the Central Reservation Office
** Reservations are subject to availability and based on seasonality.
** Original voucher must be presented to the Front Desk upon check-in.
** Confirmation will depend upon the room availability on the date requested.
