Good Year Eagle 360 Selfie Contest:

Goodyear India Limited  is conducting a Contest on Twitter called Goodyear Eagle-360 Selfie Contest where Participant(s) can participate by clicking their selfies with Goodyear Eagle-360 tyre and sharing a caption for the same while submitting their entries on Goodyear Eagle-360 selfie Contest post made by Goodyear.

Participant(s) can also tag their friends in the entries posted by them. The entries with most number of likes and shares will win prize(s) (hereinafter referred to as “Awardee” or “Winner”) (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”). Goodyear reserves the right to open this contest through other media, including but not limited to, T.V., print and other electronic media.

Contest Period:
1. The contest period starts from 2nd March 2017, 12:00 pm till 4th March 2017, 11:00 pm (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”).
2. Goodyear may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it may deem necessary.

Eligibility Criteria For Participant:
1. The Contest is open to all Indian nationals having residence in India (within the reach of courier facility) and having Valid & authentic Twitter Account. Further, the responsibility of ensuring correctness and authenticity of the story lies with the Participant ONLY.
2. All Participant(s) must be of 18 years and above at the date of beginning of this Contest and if requested will be required to provide an evidence of the same.
3. Employees of Goodyear or any of its affiliates and relatives of Goodyear‘s associates and its respective sponsors are not eligible to participate in this contest.

Participation & Prizes:
1. Participation in this Contest shall be in the following manner: Participant(s) can participate by clicking their selfies with Goodyear Eagle-360 tyre and sharing a caption for the same while submitting their entries on Goodyear Eagle-360 selfie Contest post made by Goodyear.
2. In order to qualify for the contest, the participant would have to like Goodyear Joy of Journey’s Twitter handle and tag @GoodyearJOJ in their entries along with the campaign #GYGoodyear Eagle-360.
3. Through this contest, participants stand a chance to win a Flipkart Vouchers worth Rs. 1,000 (herein referred as “Prize”).
4. There will be a total of 10 Winners on Twitter.

Participant’s Consent:
1. In consonance with Goodyear’s Privacy Policy Participant(s) consent that Goodyear may collect, use, process or maintain or have access to Personal Identifiable Information i.e. any information or set of information, whether alone or in combination with other personal information gathered, processed, used or stored by Goodyear which is sufficient to identify an individual (hereinafter referred to as “PII”) of the Participant(s).

2. The Participant(s) also acknowledge that Goodyear may use and/ or provide PII of the Participant(s) or of any other person as provided by the Participant(s), to the concerned third party(s) from time to time for the purpose of this Contest or otherwise.

3. The Participant(s) also acknowledges that he/she shall be personally liable for the disclosure of Participant’s or Awardee’s PII to Goodyear and Goodyear shall be not be liable for the use of such information by any person. The Participant shall keep Goodyear indemnified in this regard.

General Conditions:
1. The Goodwill of Goodyear are paramount and it may, at its sole discretion require Participant(s) to cease to have any involvement in the Contest if it believes it is in the best interests of Goodyear to do so.

2. Participant(s) shall not upload, distribute or otherwise publish any content which may be libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable or which may constitute a civil or criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law, as applicable (hereinafter referred to as “Prohibited Entries”).

3. Goodyear has relied on the accuracy and truth of such representations and warranties in granting a place to the Participant(s). Should Goodyear or its agents become aware of any fraud, deceit or similar action undertaken in connection with the Contest or otherwise, or any act or omission which might have (in Goodyear’s opinion) an adverse effect on the Contest, Goodyear reserves the right to forfeit the Participant(s) place in the Contest without giving any reason and without notice.

4. Goodyear will not be legally bound by any act /omission of the Participant(s) which might bring it into disrepute.
5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be considered void, as per absolute discretion of Goodyear.
6. All the entries are to be made in English language only and entries in any other language will be considered void.
