This is a limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) provided by Marks & Spencer Reliance India Pvt. Ltd. (“Brand”) and applicable on products sold by the following sellers (collectively, the “Participating Seller(s)”):

Cloudtail India and made available on www.amazon.in and the mobile application/ website thereof (collectively, “Website”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by using the Website. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.

You may only avail this Offer if you are:
(a) located in India;
(b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on the Website; and
(c) have a billing address in India.

This Offer is valid for a period commencing from February 28, 2017 and end on March 1, 2017 (both days included) until stocks of the Products are available for purchase on Amazon.in (as defined hereinafter) (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon and/ or the Participating Sellers in their sole discretion without any prior notice.

In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must:
(a) Sign in to your Amazon.in account;
(b) Search for any product from Marks & Spencer on Amazon.in;
(c) Visit the product detail page of such product;
(d) Using the Twitter social media button on the detail page, share the product on the Twitter with #MnSxAmazon

Terms and Conditions:
** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who have shared the products link through their Twitter accounts in accordance with these T&Cs, 20 (Twenty) participants will be chosen by a random draw of lots who will then receive a Contest question from Amazon through an email or push notification by 31st March 2017.
** Every participants who answers the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Amazon shall be entitled to each win a gift voucher worth Rs. 1000 (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”), which would be provided by the Brand and send through email.
** The e-mail will also contain embedded link to products from the Participating Sellers (“Product(s)”) for which the redemption of the Promotional Code will be valid.
** The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on the Website other than the Product(s).
** Amazon and/or the Participating Seller reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice.
** The Promotional Code cannot be redeemed in cash and cannot be combined with any other offer/discount/promotion available on the Website, unless otherwise stated relation to the Products on the Website.
** You can avail the benefit of only one Promotional Code per transaction and cannot apply more than one Promotional Code in a single order. Each Promotional Code can be redeemed only once on the Website.
** The Promotional Codes will be issued on or before April 10, 2017 and are not valid on Products which are out of stock.
** Standard shipping charges cash on delivery charges, payment and return policies available on the Website shall apply to any purchase made in furtherance of this Offer.
** In case the Promotional Code has been used but the order has not been placed, the Promotional Code will continue to be valid in your cart during the Promotion Period and would be applicable on the purchase of Product(s) only.
