Contest Territory:
Contest Territory shall mean geographical territories of India excluding State of Tamil Nadu.

Tenure of the Contest:
This Contest is valid from IST 00.00 hrs of 14th February, 2017 till IST 24.00 hrs midnight of 31st May, 2017 (Contest Period). Any activation and/or registration of the Contest Product(s) after IST 24.00 hrs midnight of 31st May, 2017 will be considered invalid for the Contest. The registrations process may be kept open for few days post the Contest period on the sole discretion of Quick Heal.

Applicability:
** This Contest is applicable only for Contest Product(s) purchased in the Contest Territory during the Contest Period.
** This Contest is applicable for the Standard and/or Regular Edition of the Contest Product(s).
** This Contest is not applicable with respect to the Contest Product(s) purchased under special cases / academic cases as decided by Quick Heal, including the multiple user products, special offers, licenses given to educational/ government / non-government organizations etc.
** This Contest is applicable for renewal of the Contest Product(s), renewed within the Contest Period. However, the renewal users who can be identified as multi pack users shall not be eligible for participating in the Contest, while those which cannot be identified will be given an Assured Gift.
** This Contest is applicable for the Trial Users of the contest products who are purchasing the Contest Products for the first time.
** This Contest is NOT applicable if the product is purchased, registered and activated from the geographical boundaries of the State of Tamil Nadu.
** This Contest will not be applicable on multiple users i.e. 2, 3, 5, 10, 10 + and additional user packs of the Contest Product(s).
** The End User has to Activate/renew the Contest Product (s) within the Contest Territory & Contest Period to be eligible to participate in this Contest.

Quick Heal will not entertain any claim from the End User who has purchased or activated or registered the Contest Product(s) but are violating any of the Terms and Conditions of the Contest. Acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions of this Contest is a mandatory requirement for participating in this Contest.
