** Naaptol Cash Program is a Loyalty Program for all shoppers of Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd shopping on television, website & mobile app.

** Naaptol Cash Program is applicable to all shoppers of Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd for all orders placed from 1st March 2017 onwards.
** Naaptol Cash will have 2 customer tiers – Silver & Diamond based on customer shopping value & frequency.
** Customers shopping with Naaptol will be eligible to earn Naaptol Cash against their shopping. For every Rs.100/- purchase Silver member will earn 100 Naaptol Cash and Diamond will earn 150 Naaptol Cash.
** Customers shopping with Naaptol & having their Birthday/Anniversary registered with us will be eligible to earn Naaptol Cash on the event dates which will be credited to their account. A Silver member will get 250 Naaptol Cash Diamond will get 500 Naaptol Cash.
** Diamond members will get shipping charges discount for their orders. Diamond members will get 100% shipping charges waiver.
** The member tiers will be based on their last 12 months shopping value & frequency and the tiers may be upgraded/degraded every month basis shopping history affecting the associated benefits with each tier.
** Silver members shopping value in last 12 months to be less than or equal to Rs.14999/- and Diamond members shopping value in last 12 months to be equal to or greater than Rs.15000/-.
** The Naaptol Cash earned by customers on shopping will get credited to their accounts post successful delivery of the ordered product and may not be usable for redemption till such time.
** Members can redeem their earned Naaptol Cash for gifts from the Gift Catalog. The redemption catalog will be sent to all members along with their orders from 15th Apr onwards.
** Members will have to call Naaptol post choosing the desired gift from the cataloge for redemption of points.
** The opted redemption gifts will be sent to the customers on the basis of product availability within 20 days from Naaptol Cash redemption.
** Redemption of Naaptol Cash for Gifts can only be done against accumulated Naaptol Cash in a members account. The earned Naaptol Cash cannot be encashed or used for purchase of any product except from Naaptol Gift Catalogue and are non transferable.
** In case the product is returned and refund is processed for that order, the Naaptol Cash earned against that purchase will be reversed.
** Naaptol Cash earned will expire in 6 months from the date of crediting the same to customers account if not utilized for redemption & expired points will not be credited back to customers account.
** The company reserves the right to alter or withdraw the scheme without prior information.
** The scheme is subject to Force Majeure.
** All disputes will be under Thane jurisdiction, if any.
