#SheShines Contest :

These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the #SheShines (“Contest”) which is brought to you Ricoh India (“Organizer”).

By participating in this Contest, each participant (“participant” or “you”) fully and unconditionally agrees to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions specified as herein below. This Contest starts from 04 March, 2017 and ends on 11:59 pm of 9th March , 2017 .

Participation:
(a) How to Get Started with the Contest:
** Information on how to participate in the Contest and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Contest is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry to the Contest is via the following link: sheshines.co.in
** You can participate in the Contest by filling up the form.
** You can then follow the instructions on the Contest page.

(b) Eligibility for Participation:
** Only citizens of India are eligible to take part in the Contest.
** Employees of Ricoh Enterprises/or its affiliates and Ricoh’s advertising agencies are ineligible to participate but can refer others to participate in the Contest.
** This Contest cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion being run by the Organizer or its affiliates, group companies or subsidiaries.
** The Organizer may disqualify any individual participant who it suspects has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information.
** Duly filled contest forms will be eligible for the contest.

Gratification:
** The winners of the Contest would be decided by a system generated lucky draw.
** Participants are eligible to take part once only.
** The details of the gratification are as : Ricoh SP 111 SU(Services per company policy)
** The Prizes can be claimed anytime in the year 2017
** Participant (whose nomination has won) will receive any notification from the Organizer and they have to inform the winner about the prize.
** The prize must be accepted on an ‘as is’ basis.
** The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner at any time, where the Organizer has reasonable grounds for believing that the initially selected winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
** The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged and/or redeemed for cash.
** All Prize(s) are subject to compliance with applicable laws & regulations.
** The Prize cannot be clubbed with any other scheme offered by the Organizer or the Prize sponsors.

Other Terms and Conditions:
** By participating in the Contest, the participant accepts and agrees to (i) above-mentioned Terms and Conditions, including any amendments and modifications hereto, and (ii) terms and conditions of Twitter and LinkedIn as may be applicable to the participant for participating in the Contest.
** The names of participants (whose nomination has won) will be announced on the social media handles of the Organizer as well as on the Contest Landing Page.
** Material can be received at the respective Ricoh locations – No courier services (taxes as per applicable)
** Services and warranty of the prize as per company norms.
** The Organizer shall not be liable to dispatch the Prize in case it is unable to contact any winner despite making reasonable efforts or in case the winner fails to revert to the Organizer within a reasonable period of time. In such an event, the Organizer shall in its sole and absolute discretion be entitled to select an alternate winner of the Prize.
** Winner should bring their identity card along with nominator’s recommendation letter.
** Organizer shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with the Contest or the Prize.
** Organizer shall not be responsible for any injury (including death), loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by winners from or in relation to Prize.
** Organizer assumes no responsibility for non-receipt of Prize by the winner or for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant/winner participating in contest or as a result of accepting any Prize or not receiving or winning any Prize.
