Women’s Day Offer :

1. The offer for Free Lolliflash is valid on the purchase of Zenfone 3 Max – ZC520TL, ZC553KL, ZC521TL

2. The offer is valid on purchase of only ASUS Zenfone 3 Max from 6th March to 12th March 2017 or till stocks last, whichever is earlier.
3. Last date to register for the offer is 25th March 2017
4. This offer is valid only to eligible buyers of ASUS Zenfone 3 Max Models
5. “Eligible buyers” shall mean and include only female customers who have purchased ASUS Zenfone 3 Max & have successfully completed registration & verification
6. To be able to participate, the customer has to register his/her product purchase details like Invoice number, date of purchase, dealer name, location of purchase, product serial number , upload invoice copy & enter contact details on www.asus.in/womensdayoffer
7. Only complete valid entries which are duly verified by ASUS India will be considered eligible for the offer
8. To be eligible customers must upload valid invoice copy with the name of the female customer.
9. ASUS back-office team will verify the registration details & upon successful verification customers will be notified via email about the winner announcement, or closing of the offer as may be decided by ASUS India.
10. The Lolliflash will be dispatched to the customer’s registered address by 1st April 2017 & delivered within 10 working days from the date of dispatch
11. Any concerns related to the offer should be communicated to Asus India within 10th April 2017, after which Asus India will not be liable to address the concerns.
12. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her email account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this offer
13. The offer is open to Indian residents in India only, non-resident Indians/ non-citizen Indians not residing in India are not eligible under this offer
14. This offer is only for end-users , purchases made by dealers are not eligible under this scheme
15. This offer is applicable on purchases made from ASUS Authorized Partners only
16. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE under this offer
17. ASUS India reserves the right: (a) to disqualify any entry, if it has reasonable grounds to believe the buyer has breached any of these terms and conditions.
18. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the contest and all disputes relating to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai only
19. ASUS India reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the offer, its period, gift, gift value etc., without prior notice to the customers
20. The offer shall not be extendable or transferable
