#MeetTheDaredevils Contest :

1. “#MeetTheDaredevils” Contest (herein after referred to as the “Contest”) is being organized by Daikin India.

2. Follow @daikinindia on Twitter & like @DaikinIndia official Facebook page.
3. The contest is valid to all the residents of India, above the age of eighteen (18) years.
4. It is mandatory for all the participants to use #MeetTheDaredevils in all their entries. Also, like and share the contest post on their personal profiles, keeping the shared post open to ‘Public’.
5. To enter the contest, participants will have to answer all the questions asked by Daikin India.
6. Contest Duration: 21-03-2017 to 25-03-2017
7. Contest Platform: Facebook & Twitter
9. Any two winners will get a chance to meet the Delhi Daredevils Team.
10. Winners will be chosen randomly at the sole discretion of Daikin India and shall be final & binding on all participants.
11. Winner will need to share their details within 48 hours of the name being announced along with a picture/scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof.

12. Contestants have agreed and consented to put up their comments on Facebook and Twitter, Daikin India shall not be responsible or liable for any comments/remarks put on the site by the public. Daikin India reserves all the rights to change the gratification for the winners of the contest. In the case of any changes winners will be informed by a message.

13. Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Daikin India will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.
14. Daikin India reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the terms and Conditions applicable to the contest.
15. Daikin Employees will not be eligible for gratification
16. Daikin India can, at its India’s discretion, disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the rules of the contest.
17. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
