NATIONAL TALENT SEARCH EXAMINATION – 2016 :
For Students of III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII.

Student Awards – Institutional Awards – Merit Awards / Certificates.

ELIGIBILITY:
The students of classes III, IV, V, VI,VII,VIII,IX, X, XI, XII are of state, CBSE,ISCE and ICS syllabus students are eligible to participate in the examination.

AWARDS :
NTSE Top ranker of each class will be awarded a Gold Medal and a Memento.

Second topper of each class from III to XII will be awarded a TABLET PC and Momento.

Next five tanks i.e., (3-7) of each class will be awarded cash prize of Rs.1,000/-, Certificate & Momento.

Next consecutive 10 Ranks of each class will be awarded Rs.500/- cash award, Momento & Certificate.

participation certificate will be given to all the students.

State toppers of each state and school toppers from every school will be awarded.

Date of Examination : 14th February (Sunday) 2016
Time : 10:30 a.m to 12:00 p.m (1.30 Hours)
Examination Fee : Rs.100/-

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING APPLICATION :
** The Head of the school where the applicants are twenty and above is requested to send the nominal rolls, instead of their applications in the following Proforma, Leaving the Hall Ticket Number Column blank.

** Write DD No, Amount, Examination Centre, Name of Guide Teacher, along with the Signature of the Principal, Phone No. on nominal roll.

** Individual students who wish to appear for the examination have to fill application form with following details : Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Class, School address, House address, Examination Centre preferred, duly signed by the Principal of the school studying.

The filled application/nominal roll should be signed by the principal and the completed application/nominal roll shall be sent to the following address.

b. Crossed Demand Draft as per examination fee applicable.
** Hall Ticket will be sent to the applicant 15 days before the commencement of Examination

Note: Cash will not be accepted. Transaction should be through DD.
a. Specify District, Taluq, Mandal on top of the envelope.
b. If insufficient applications are received from any centre, nearest centre will be allotted.
