Malt Fest Contest – Win a “Home Bar Furniture set with Premium Liquors Collection” on purchase of Malts from the Company subject to the terms and conditions as below:-

Terms and Conditions :
1.To participate the Customer i.e. the international passenger only needs to purchase Malts from the Company which are under promotion. The Customer will get 1 Coupon on purchase of Malts worth US$ 110 and 2 coupons on purchase of Malts worth US$ 150 or more.

2.The Customer shall be required to correctly answer the quiz question contained on the Coupon and fill other details mentioned thereon. Duly correct and completed Coupons must then be submitted at the drop boxes (“Drop Boxes”) placed at the Outlet only.

3.As at the date of entry to this Contest, the Customer must be above the age of 25 years or the legal drinking age as defined by the applicable regulations of the participant’s country or state of residence, whichever is higher.

4.This Contest is open till March 31, 2017 at which time it shall automatically and immediately expire. The Company however reserves the right to amend the said period at anytime without any notice at its sole discretion.

5.The winner of the Contest (“Winner”) shall be randomly selected by a lucky draw.

6.The Winner will be notified via phone. If the Winner is uncontactable via phone submitted by him/her after one (1) day following the first attempt to notify that Winner, the Company shall have the right to conduct re-draws to choose a substitute Winner.

If the Company is unable to contact the Winner or substitute Winners (as the case may be), the Company shall have the sole discretion to declare the prize forfeited.

7.The Winner must claim his/her prize within 7 days from confirmation of prize by the Company.

8.The Winner shall obtain, at his/her cost, all the approvals and permissions from the appropriate authorities, statutory or otherwise, that may be required to avail and / or use the prize.

9.The result of the Contest shall be final, binding and non-contestable. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
10.The Contest cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion or contest.
11.The Company will inform the place in Delhi from where the Winner has to pick up the Home Bar Furniture set at his risks, costs and expenses.

12.All the vouchers will have the validity start and end date. These vouchers can be redeemed at local liquor shop nominated by the Company in Delhi/ NCR of Delhi and the Winner will have to redeem the vouchers with said nominated shops within the validity period of the voucher.

13.The Company shall not be liable for any complaints regarding the quality of the prize.
14.The color of the prize shall be at the discretion of the Company.
15.The prize is not transferable.
16.In the event of a death of the Winner, no claim from the nominees or legal heirs of the Winner will be entertained for receiving the prize.

17.The Company shall be at liberty to use the photographs, voice, motion pictures of the Winner for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form without payment of any consideration to the Winner, except the prize.

18.The winner will be responsible for payment of all incidental expenses including taxes, duties and levies that may be applicable for redemption or claiming the prize.

19.As a condition of accepting the prize, the Winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Company including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

20.Decision of the Company will be final and binding with regard to Promotion and prize and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
