** This Contest (“Contest”) is open only to Indian citizens residing in India, aged 18 years or above, who are existing and valid mobile “Subscribers” of IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED (“IDEA”) MP circle, as per established norms and guidelines of the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India.

** The Contest is organized for the subscribers of IDEA and is managed by Time Music. Times Music will be responsible for the content, conduct, organization of the contest end to end as well as the selection of the winners.

** The role of Idea will be restricted only and exclusively to that of a telecom service provider The Contest is neither open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA and Times Music nor their relatives.

** The Contest shall run for a period of 28th March’17 to 11th April’17. The Contest is valid only in IDEA- MP Telecom Circle. To participate in Contest and Win, subscriber needs to download CRBT and lucky winners will get a chance to meet Vidya Balan and win free movie tickets.

** Prizes for the eligible winners will be as follows: 1 lucky user will get a chance to meet Vidya Balan and total 12 movie tickets will be distributed among other lucky winners of the contest.

** In case user downloads CRBT multiple times it will be cumulative of download. The winner/s shall be intimated daily for by Times Music, by way of telephonic call and SMS, on confirmation of the list of winners.

** Neither IDEA nor Times Music will entertain any requests for exchange in lieu of the prize/s. The prize/s of the Contest will be given only to the winner/s in whose name the mobile phone number is registered.

** The winner needs to be an active IDEA Subscriber at the time of receipt of prize/s. Neither IDEA nor Times Music will be responsible for any loss, damage, claimed/demanded by the subscribers due to any of the following reasons, Users is unable to dial / browse contest short code.

** User is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the Contest. User is unable to understand the process of participation or is unable to participate in the Contest;

** User is declared as a winner but is aged less than 18 years of age or is incompetent to enter into a contract. Any other reason, event, error or incidence not within the control of IDEA / Times Music.

** Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winner/s or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Times Music or IDEA. The prize/s shall be subject to the laws of India, including all the tax laws.

** Neither IDEA nor Times Music shall be responsible if the user is unable to participate in the Contest due to network failure, network congestion, network unavailability or any such technical issues faced by the user.

** If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

** The participation in this Contest implies unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest by the users. The decision of IDEA as to the interpretation of any of these terms and conditions shall be final and binding on the Participants.
