Eligibility to participate in the Offer:
** This Offer is open and valid for all active and existing pre-paid Subscribers having 4G Data enable device , Covered in Idea 4G Towns and NON 4G SIM Card of Idea cellular Limited (Idea) of Madhya Pradesh Service Area comprising of State of Madhya Pradesh (MP-LSA) .
** Subscriber must be 18 years of age or above.
** He/she must be a citizen of India.
** He/she must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.
** Subscriber must be an active prepaid subscriber or customer of Idea during the announcement or selection of winner.
** Subscribers must belong to the Circle mentioned hereinabove. (Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh)
** The Contest is not open for employees and their relatives, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA.

Procedure to participate in the Offer:
Subscriber with 4G Data enable device, Covered in Idea 4G towns has to upgrade their current NON4G idea SIM card between 31st March 2017 to 9rd April 2017 to be eligible for this contest (Customer contacted by IDEA will be eligible for the above contest)

Winner Selection:
** 70 Lucky Subscribers who will successfully upgrade their NON4G idea SIM card to Idea 4G SIM Card during the contest period as per the dates mentioned ( 31st March 2017 to 3rd April 2017 )
** An external auditor will be appointed by the Idea Cellular Limited to select the winner.

Gratification/Prizes:
70 IPL Match Tickets (One for each 70 Customers) Match dated 5th April / 10th April / 20th April 2017

Terms and conditions:
** The prizes shall not be transferable / redeemable for cash. Apart from the entitlement to the prize(s) won, the Winner(s) or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Idea.
** Idea shall not be responsible for any miscommunication and/or false commitment/assurances made to the subscriber by any unauthorized person with regard to the scheme.
** In case the cricket match has been abandoned / called off due to any reasons, IDEA shall not be responsible.
** After handover of the ticket for the cricket match, IDEA does not guarantee / be held responsible for seating arrangement / entry / deficiency of any services / natural calamity at / to the venue of the cricket match & the same will be as per the laid down rules / regulations of the organizing body.
** The winners can be handed over ticket for any dates of the cricket match & the winner cannot claim exchange / replacement with IDEA.
** All the TDS liability as per the rules and regulations of Income Tax Act, 1961 will be borne by the Subscriber.
** All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the prize(s) shall be exclusively borne by the Subscriber.
** The Winners will be required to sign receipts, affidavits, indemnity, agreements and/or documents as required by the Idea at the time of delivery of prizes.
** The Winner(s) hereby irrevocably authorize Idea that it shall be entitled to use and disclose the winner’s photograph, name, mobile number and address in its any communications including marketing promotions and advertisements along with/without Idea’s brand.
